Vidya Poshak is seeking passionate and committed individuals who see the role of teachers as not just a knowledge-building exercise but are excited by the prospect of looking at teaching as a transformative journey for self and children.


Vidya Poshak strongly believes that education is the solution for ending poverty. We envision that  "every child deserves an excellent education."


A six-month internship opportunity for aspiring teachers followed by a one-year fellowship.


Eligibility

*Graduate (Freshers are also eligible)

*Age less than 26 years

*Prior volunteering experience in any field would be preferable


Requirements:

*Passion to teach

*Ready to work with rural school children

*Communication and presentation skills

*Kannada and English language proficiency

*Basic computer knowledge

*Ability to create learning materials

*Ability to set goals and track progress


About the role:

*Designing goals and vision for your classroom

*Planning and facilitating Navodaya, Murarji, and other competitive exams for the 4th and 5th grade students from under-resourced schools in Dharwad, Karnataka.

*Facilitate projects and extra-curricular activities for children 

*Collecting data on regular basis to measure student learning outcomes

*Building relationship with stakeholders such as parents community school teachers, and headmasters

Stipend—INR 10000/- with INR 1000/- travel allowance

They thought about How to maintain Positive  Relationship with Students and All we shared our Strategies and Some of new they thought. After that we ask our questions and get answers from them. Totally Session went well and they thought very interestingly and this very informative session for us.

                               We live on Earth, We Save Enviornment                    June 5th we celebrated them World Environment day in that day our teachers are speak about the environment why this growing is important to human life and also biological factors animals and birds all the important  biological livings it is wanted. our teachers is told to students in our birthday we give as a gift of a small plant to our teachers, our relatives, also friends it was good planting the trees. It gives good oxygen also cool weather it is wanted our state and country. Environment is protect human life without environment we cannot liveing on earth.
