🏠House visits: Getting to know our students beyond the classroom🎒

Our fellows visit their students' houses to learn about the students'👨👦 families and home environments. House visits help us to understand the students better and build strong relationships with their parents👪.

They visit 3 or 4 students' homes🏠 every week to discuss the students' growth, improvements, behavior, and interests-everything about the students is discussed👥.

Our Program Manager Mr. Manjunath Tevar, Fellow Mentor Mrs. Sushma Appannavar, along with  Fellow Nirmala visited two homes in Yadwad, related to students with long absences👍.

They interacted with the child and encouraged her to attend classes and school, while also communicating closely with her parents👪 to address what they might be doing wrong regarding their child's future and education🕮📚.

They spoke with irregular students, communicated with them freely🗣🗣, and encouraged them to come to school. Both students are now ready to return to school🏫🎒. It was truly a good day for us😍😍😍.
