Mahesh Masal sir session ( Human mindset trainer )

On 02/01/2025 we attended the teachers training in Sri Sringeri Shankar Mata, Siddapur. In the morning session by Mahesh Masal sir . He is a Human mindset trainer. In this session I learn how to control our mind. From this session I got motivated to teach, sir said teaching is the best job in the world so we should respect the teaching field. We prepared a proper lesson plan before entering the class and it went very well and also created joy in the classroom. When we create joy in the classroom students learn interest. We have to stop ego and Fear in the education system, sir said, the best example of ego and fairness. dreamer, Dover and doubter concept. When we stop ego and Fear at that moment we provide the best knowledge to students. In this concept I learn about first stop doubts in students' minds. At that moment we develop students' brains. You have an opportunity to improve students' knowledge. We build a student's life with a subject. you will give a pure knowledge to students and you will practice in 66 days. anything it's possible and I will learn many things for this session.

Paper Boat – An Activity Based on Poetry The students of 5th standard participated in a creative classroom activity based on the poem “The Paper Boat” written by Rabindranath Tagore. To understand the poem better, students made paper boats using their own unique ideas. On this day, Mr. Vijay visited the class and observed the session. He appreciated the students’ creativity and the innovative paper boats they had made. The poem was explained in Kannada, which helped the students clearly understand its meaning. The students enjoyed the activity and showed great interest in the lesson. The session made learning joyful, creative, and meaningful.

Positive teacher and Student Relationship

The Positive teacher and Student Relationship Session conducted by Navyashri Madam. Madam Started the Session with activity that was interesting and funny so all are enjoyed the activity. Then they thought about Qualities of Positive teacher and how to treat a students positively and All we shared our ideas of Positive teacher and They gave feedback . They thought about How to maintain Positive Relationship with Students and All we shared our Strategies and Some of new they thought. After that we ask our questions and get answers from them. Totally Session went well and they thought very interestingly and this very informative session for us.

Sachetana Maths activities➕🕒➕

In the last week 4th standard students were involved in the Sachetana activities. The activities include Maths Puzzles , Introducing Fractions Through TLM , Introducing the Concept of Time , and Guess the Answer by Seeing the Numbers . These activities can help cultivate students' focus and creativity while enhancing their mathematical understanding. Our 4th standard students given the maths puzzle remaining students guessed the answers. Also they told the concept of time and fractions using simple models.
