A Cosmic Adventure🌠🪐🌍

A Cosmic Adventure: 5th EVS Class Explores the Solar System in GHPS Lokur school 🌞 🪐🌠

Today was nothing short of amazing in my 5th EVS class! Our topic was the Solar System, and I wanted my students to not just learn, but truly experience the wonders of the universe.

We began with a working model of the Solar System, where students could see the planets in motion and understand how they orbit the Sun. Using a globe, we also explored the day and night system, and the students quickly grasped the concept through hands-on observation. Their excitement was palpable—it’s incredible to see young minds light up when learning becomes tangible.

To make the lesson even more engaging, I gave the students a special activity: to create all 8 planets of the Solar System and share interesting facts about each one. Every student eagerly took up a planet and went a step further—they did role plays, acting as their planets and explaining their unique features. Mercury was quick and tiny, Jupiter majestic and grand, and Saturn flaunted its beautiful rings with pride!

Watching this unfold, I felt immense pride and joy. Each child displayed creativity, imagination, and curiosity, turning the classroom into a vibrant cosmic stage. By the end of the session, our class wasn’t just learning about planets—they were living the Solar System, one role play at a time

This day reminded me why teaching is so magical. When students are allowed to explore, create, and participate actively, learning becomes an unforgettable adventure.

The universe is vast, but today, our little classroom captured its wonders perfectly! 🌌✨
