Fellowship Duration - One-Year Fellowship
Eligibility
Graduates: BSc-B.Ed or BA-B.Ed
Age below 28 years
Prior Teaching experience
Requirements
Strong passion for teaching
Willingness to work with rural government school children
Good communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Kannada and English
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to create learning materials
Ability to set goals and track progress
About the Role
Design goals and vision for your classroom
Conduct preparation sessions for Navodaya, Murarji, and other competitive exams for 4th and 5th grade students along with regular syllabus from under-resourced schools in Dharwad,Belagavi Karnataka
Facilitate projects and extracurricular activities for students
Collect and analyze student learning data regularly
Build strong relationships with parents, community members, teachers, and headmasters
Location : Dharwad and Belagavi, Karnataka
Fellowship Stipend
INR 13,000 per month
