 On Wednesday My program manager interacted with my students when she came for classroom observation. My students are very happy after interaction with Namita mam in that class students tried to answer in their own way now onwards i try to teach in a better way. after that Namita mam  took debrief session to me told improvement areas also what i need to do for overall improvement.

                                              TPL - Teachers Premier League🏆🏆 The day has to start with some positivity, that positivity will build in team. For that sake this week we did TPL I. e Teachers premier League, where all teachers staff played cricket with the students, it was really fun time to all the staff where their mind is structed with lot of works related to the exams, so this week we got much time to care for ourselves.  This time made me very happy because I remembered my childhood days where our cousins gang use to play the cricket when 🌞🏖️ summer comes.  Every Teacher should build some hobbies like playing outdoor games this will help them to take a break and releases stress.
