Community Development Project - 2025

        

I started my Community Development (CD) session with the 5th-grade students. First, I gave them some information about Vidya Poshak so they could understand what we do. Then, I explained what Community Development means and why I chose this topic for their school. I spoke in detail so they could understand well.

After that, we did a fun clapping activity. Then I did a Baseline Assessment by asking some Yes/No questions about attendance and life skills. The students answered well, and the session went smoothly.

After lunch, I took a CD session for the lower classes by combining students from 1st to 4th grade. I also involved their teacher in the session. First, I did a simple activity with the kids, then I told them a short story. After that, I explained why attending school regularly is important.

I showed them a related video on my laptop, and then we sang a song together. The teacher gave some instructions and asked the children a few questions based on what I had shared. The students were very active and gave good answers.

Even though I spent only one hour with them, they quickly connected with me. I felt very happy and the day was full of joy😍😍😍
