An Exciting Beginning: Summer Camp Day 1

 GHPS MANGALAGATTI

Today was the first day of the summer camp, and it turned out to be a very enjoyable and meaningful experience. I noticed that the classroom had already been cleaned by the students, which showed their sense of responsibility. Initially, only five students were present, but gradually more students arrived.

I warmly welcomed all the students and began the day with a prayer song, which created a peaceful and positive atmosphere. After that, we started with an engaging activity, and the students participated with great enthusiasm. I introduced the theme of the camp along with the topic for the day. We had an interesting discussion on what would happen if birds do not get water. I asked several questions, and the students responded very well. Some of them even shared thoughtful stories, making the session more interactive and lively. Following this, the students made water bowls for birds. They prepared them neatly and creatively, and their involvement was excllent. It was encouraging to see their interest in helping nature.

we played Kho Kho, and the students enjoyed it a lot. We also played the “Hot Seat” game, where some students performed actions while others guessed them. This activity added fun and excitement to the day. Overall, it was a productive and joyful day. The students learned new things, actively participated in all activities, and truly enjoyed themselves. It was a wonderful start to the summer camp.

Thank you..
