Today I reached the school at 7:30 AM. Due to the change in camp timing, the number of students was initially low, as some had gone to attend their 10th class activities. However, as time passed, more students gradually joined, bringing energy back to the camp.
I began the session by informing the students about the updated schedule. To create a peaceful and focused environment, we started the day with a 5-minute meditation session. The students sat quietly, relaxed their minds, and prepared themselves for the day ahead.
After this, we conducted yogasana exercises, including Tadasana and other simple poses. The students actively participated and showed great interest. It was encouraging to see them understand the importance of keeping both the body and mind healthy.
Later, we had an engaging discussion on chess. I explained the role of the king and how the game helps improve thinking skills, concentration, and decision-making. The students listened carefully and showed curiosity during the discussion.
We also spoke about cleanliness and safety awareness, helping students understand their importance in daily life.
During the day, some students attended a robotics class at another centre. I personally accompanied them and ensured that they reached safely, making sure they were comfortable and secure.
Overall, today’s camp was calm, meaningful, and productive. Even with a slow start, the day turned into a valuable experience focused on mental peace, physical fitness, and thoughtful learning.
