Today’s camp began on a peaceful note with a prayer song, setting a positive and energetic tone for the day. We then moved on to a fun cup activity, which both the students and I thoroughly enjoyed. It brought enthusiasm and laughter into the session while also encouraging coordination and focus.
After that, I spoke to the students about the advantages of eating healthy food and the importance of maintaining good hygiene. They listened attentively and showed curiosity by sharing their own thoughts and habits. Building on this, I explained the importance of sports such as Kho-Kho, football, cricket, and relay games, highlighting how they contribute to physical fitness, teamwork, and discipline.To make it more engaging, we went outside and played relay and Kho-Kho. The students participated actively and with great excitement, displaying teamwork and sportsmanship. After the games, we took a short break for tiffin. During this time, I introduced the importance of including soaked pulses, jaggery, groundnuts, and raw vegetables in their diet. The students not only understood their value but also enjoyed eating them.
Later, we conducted an aerobic warm-up session, which filled the atmosphere with energy and joy. The students enthusiastically followed along, making it a lively and refreshing experience. At the end of the camp, I asked the students to share what they had learned throughout the day. Their responses reflected a good understanding of healthy habits, the value of sports, and the importance of staying active.After completing the day’s activities, we visited a temple in the village. The visit brought a sense of calmness and happiness, providing a peaceful conclusion to an active and meaningful day.
Overall, today’s experience was truly amazing, filled with learning, fun, energy, and inner peace.ππ
