Summer Camp Day – Fun, Fitness, and Healthy Habits
Camp was full of energy, learning, and joy. I started the day by engaging students in an exciting game of Kho-Kho. The enthusiasm and teamwork shown by the students were truly wonderful. After that, they played a variety of relay games, which brought lots of laughter and excitement. I also joined them in the games, making the experience even more enjoyable. After the activities, I explained the benefits of playing games—how they help improve physical fitness, teamwork, and mental strength. The students listened carefully and actively participated by answering questions. It was great to see their understanding and interest.
The fun continued with more games until the break. After the break, we shifted our focus to healthy eating habits. I explained the importance of including vegetables, fruits, and peanuts in our daily diet. Students understood the benefits very well and showed curiosity to learn more. To make the session more interactive, we prepared a healthy salad together. The students enjoyed making and tasting it, and it was a happy moment to see them appreciate nutritious food.
We ended the day with a lively dance session, which filled the atmosphere with joy and positivity. Overall, today’s experience was amazing, and I truly enjoyed every moment of the summer camp.
