Day 1 – Summer Camp
Today was the first day of our summer camp. When I reached the ground, the students had already arrived and were waiting eagerly. We began the day with a fun activity to energize everyone. After that, all the students gathered for the prayer. Following the prayer, the students spent some time observing nature around them. They shared their observations enthusiastically. I then explained about nature and its importance, and the students understood the concept very well. Next, I spoke about how we can help nature, especially during summer. I explained that birds often suffer due to lack of water. As an activity, the students prepared bottle bowls, filled them with water, and hung them on trees to help birds.
After the break, I divided the students into groups. Each group participated in role-playing activities based on different concepts. The students actively took part and performed very well. Later, they continued making more bowls. We ended the day with a fun Zumba dance session, which everyone enjoyed. Before closing, I informed the students about what they should bring for the next day. The camp concluded with a cheerful group photo.
Overall, the first day of the camp was enjoyable and successful.
Thank you.
