Last week, our school successfully conducted the Baseline Assessment to understand the learning levels of our students. This activity was organized for primary classes, especially 4th and 5th standard, as part of strengthening their academic foundation and preparing them for future learning, including Navodaya classes.
The assessment was conducted in a well-organized manner in the school premises. Students were seated separately in the open ground, maintaining discipline and focus. The calm and natural environment helped them concentrate better on their work. Each child actively participated and attempted the questions with sincerity and interest.
Teachers carefully supervised the process, ensuring that students followed instructions properly. They also observed students’ performance closely to identify their strengths and areas where additional support is needed.
This Baseline Assessment plays a crucial role in planning effective teaching strategies. It helps teachers understand each student’s current level and design activities accordingly to improve reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
Overall, the activity was conducted smoothly and successfully. It not only reflected students’ dedication but also helped us take a step forward in providing better quality education and guiding our students towards academic excellence.
