VP - Yuva Fellows

                                              TPL - Teachers Premier League🏆🏆 The day has to start with some positivity, that positivity will build in team. For that sake this week we did TPL I. e Teachers premier League, where all teachers staff played cricket with the students, it was really fun time to all the staff where their mind is structed with lot of works related to the exams, so this week we got much time to care for ourselves.  This time made me very happy because I remembered my childhood days where our cousins gang use to play the cricket when 🌞🏖️ summer comes.  Every Teacher should build some hobbies like playing outdoor games this will help them to take a break and releases stress. 

                                        In this week we completed the exams and evaluated the papers. We have done the result sheet work and completing  the documentation work. In the afternoon we played some games to refresh our mood. We played cheeti game and balloon balancing game. It was very nice. By that we recalled our childhood memories. Also we talked with teachers we listened their memories. It was nice time. We enjoyed it a lot. 😊

                          I distributed the science competition prize to students. The Vidya Poshak Yuva Fellowship is conducted the speech competition the topic is "Importance of Science in Daily life" on science day. In that our 27 students will participated from 9 schools. Firstly we conducted the competition in school level in that I selected the 3 students then we uploaded the 3 students video. Students will talk about the nicely.   

 Year End Assessment ✍🏻📝  we conduct starting assessment baseline for to check the students improvement in an year in the end as a endline assessment where students will get to know their growth and also impact of fellows in the year as we planned to took changes in students learnings. This was the result of both students as well as for us too and got good result as i expected. So this exams is for all 3 classes which we take they are 5th, 6th and 7th. 

 Ladder game 🪜✍🏻  I conducted an activity for students who came that is ladder game where students have to write words with the end latter who wrote more words they are the winner of this game, then nali-kali students also participated they have read the words and count the words, students enjoyed doing this activity with learning new words and correcting the mistakes. This is also shows CD project which i have taken as a English communication skill was improved for nali-kali students too this makes me happy.
