VP - Yuva Fellows

  On November , 1 we are going to celebrate Karnataka Rajyotsava. For that purpose we are practicing 6 Songs on Kannada Nadu- Nudi. I felt very proud while singing the songs with our teachers and students. Also we explained the purpose and importance of celebrating Karnataka Rajyotsava.  Kannada Rajyotsava, also known as Karnataka Formation Day or Karnataka Day, is a state public holiday and celebrated on 1 November of every year.  This was the day in 1956 when all the Kannada language-speaking regions of south western India were merged to form the state of Karnataka .

  Today i took CD assessment for 3rd standard students and i revised them about 2 previous session. In the assessment i took sentence creation questions and they saw the images and they write the spelling of that images.

           NMMS -  National Means Cum Merit Scholarship. This is an exam which is also known as  children's UPSC exam. Because this exam is quit tough as compare to any exam in India. My students also wish to participate in the exam. So we begin our journey of preparing ourselves for the exams. This is apart from the curriculum but we all are enjoying the new learnings, new ideas and great memories.😊

                On the vocation of the Deepavali festival in villages all the peoples visit their farmlands to have a food in the farm and spend some time in the farm with the family. We thought all our students and teachers can also do the same things so we went on the picnic to the farmland near the river bank. It was a new experience for me to have a food in the farmland because I haven't participated in such things before. Students also enjoyed the food and after the food students played the game along with the teachers. 😊

                                      ⛳⛳  KOTHI KANTHA GAYANA⛳⛳ Today morning our school students sang Kothi kantha Guyana, Totally they sing 5 songs Infront of all students and SDMC members ,It was very nice program that shows the emotion towards kannada. This is the small effort that is to build kannada in every human being.

  Kannada mam took "Kannada club" it was puzzle game using some sentences students have to think and answer to given number of word all students tried to answer in a different ways. It was really an interacting circle for students in learning and forming and knowing new words using given sentence. After completion of Kannada club students only asked general knowledge questions to their friends and asked answers if it was wrong they will answer with some giving related information through out all students interaction was very well.

  Today we participated in "KOTI KANTA GAYANA" program were we sung 6 different types of Kannada songs that I felt very happy with singing with students ,teachers  and some SDMC members. Also we took oath with students that we always will be Kannadigas forever. 

 ಸರಕಾರಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆ ಕುರುಬಗಟ್ಟಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ನಾವು ಕೋಟಿಕಂಟ ಗಾಯನವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು ಇಂದಿನ ದಿನ ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಎಸ್ ಡಿ ಎಂ ಸಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಆಶಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರು ಈ ಒಂದು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಐದು ರೀತಿಯ ಕನ್ನಡ ಹಾಡನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹಾಡಲಾಯಿತು ಹಾಗೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಬಹಳ ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಾಡನ್ನು ಉತ್ತಮವಾಗಿ ಹಾಡಿದರು ಹಾಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಜ್ಞೆ ಕೂಡ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು,

                                    Respect  Today I took value class for my seventh standard students in that I taught respect value,by drawing through students easily find the value also where they seen and use this value they all are explained very well,also all students share their experiences like how they had use it in daily routine,also all students are promised to follow this value in their life.. really it makes me happy..also class was going good with valuable time spent with students because they all are understand very quickly and..they will said they will apply it their life..and also they told some stories related to respect value..

  Our values are important because  they help us to grow and develop . They help us to create the future we want to experience. Every individual and every organization is involved in making hundreds of decisions every day. I  took the value base class in this class I drew the the comic diagram on the board & students students learned about the importance of the value in our  life 

  I got class 6th for 15min where i told students to speak some importance of given topic by making two groups in the class. Most of the students well argued with opposite group with valid points and also giving real life examples i didn't know before it will went well and also it was healthy argument because i informed rules before starting this. The topic was reading is better of writing is better. I concluded it with both are better by giving example.

  I told 6th students to make notes on what i thought in that science class. Most of the students tried well and included points which i said its important and some students made notes with diagrams and points, definition very well. The plan which i tried in this week went well. From next week onwards i will follow this practice in the classroom that make students to involve in the class.

Presentation skills  help us create innovative ideas when we come up with creative and interesting slides to illustrate our talk . The use of presentation aids makes for a much more interesting talk, and the creation of such aids can help develop our confidence. Presentation of a topic includes body language, knowledge, tone of voice, our confidence level and all. While presentation we should focus on all of these things.

 On 17th October we celebrated World hand wash day in our school . All our school HM, SDMC president, teachers and all students were present in the program. By giving the awareness  about the importance of hand wash we involved every students. Also our HM showed the 5 step of washing hand wash.

                                                              ENGLISH  LEARNING  Students practicing the English words in their chapter wise in group they all are find out new words and understand their kannada meaning of that words ,also it shows collaboration ,and their helping nature because all students shared their friends to what they have find the new words and their meaning also each one students communicate with their friends and practicing more it builds vocabulary, also it helps their exams also,

Today i took CD assessment for 7th students . I revise previous 2 sessions then gave question paper for the students . In previous session they learnt about the self introduction and paragraph reading . All students attended the assessment . From this assessment i check their growth. In English CD class all the students were active and they participated in all the activities. From this assessment i can understand how much students understand the topic correctly and how many students were able to answer all the questions .  

Today i taught the students about the value helping nature. By the observation they understand the value . I learn it from the firki course What , Why and How values . I implement it from this firki course .It is very helpful to understand the values easily . We taught them about the importance of values and we gave chance to practice the values in classroom. And gave chance to reflect them.  

                                                   Firki reflection Circle -Ms. Chandana  From this session we all are shared about the what we learned in the Child development Module and why ,What, and How Values all are shared very well and all are did same firki but in reflection I learned different thing by the co fellows reflection and our mentor take this session very well also we all are discuss more about values firki also learned how to teach the values by drawing diagrams and other animi nation pic trough and 2 groups are finally drawn the diagram on collaboration and love related firki 

        I took 1st day of  chinnara dasara camp for my students starting few students are coming the school so that 1st day I explain about the Dasara festivals so students also enjoyed the 1st day and share what they have know about the dasara also i took one activity related english learning students find out the words and after they make some clay toys and they all are enjoyed lot  on second day camp 14 students are coming the school so azadi ka amruth mahotsava related to students share about the freedom fighters and after they will attach the some freedom fighters name on wall by abserving the photos so afetr that they will play alphabetical game so all are enjoyed a lot on that day  on 3rd and 4th day students learn about some science experiment and also they draw the digestive system on Rangoli and know the working process after they played some English activity and 4th day students know the importance of culture and temples after they draw family tree and explain their family a

                                          Surprise Test Today I conducted surprise test for my students, Students are very shocked this time because they are not prepared for the exam , when i wrote the question paper on the board they are looking like watching horror movie . But finally they wrote it well because yesterday i have revised the whole topics.

             In training time Chandana mam took Assessment session in that we share our school and collage exam days and we share our funny moments at time of exams we all enjoyed lot with our beautiful memories and we learnt how to prefer exam question paper and we clear our doubts about Assessment . Totally day went with lot learnings and recalling of our memories. 

                Government of Karnataka announced that All Govt schools are practise for Koti Kantha Gayana program it is for Our coming 67th Kannada Rajyostav Celebration  here their are 6 songs to prefer and it will be on 28th morning 11am our Karnataka and more than 1 crore people of Kannadigas participated.   

        Last day of our Chinnara Dasara Camp Theme was "Our Culture" so students are dressed like that and came very happy and curiously that day I gave introduction different festivals and culture behind that festival and they dance for different cultural songs like Bharatanatyam and Solo dance and Folk dance in Group they really enjoyed that day and after that I taught science behind the temple and told them listing different temples name and Decorating Om using Candles and lastly they made family tree. and Everyone enjoyed that day and told me that they learnt lot of new things so I am very grateful and satisfied from their words.   

                                                      First day of our camp was started very well because SDMC members HM and Co teacher are inaugurated the camp and first day strength of students was very high they are very excited to attended camp. First day our camp theme was " How much do you know about Dasara festival " so we gave introduction to Dasara festival by showing videos and photos and making models from clay after that they played Hot seat game it was action and guessing game and they created a words from letters these games helpful for learning English Totally First day of our camp was memorable and students are enjoyed lot.   

                                                       In the last day of camp we celebrate like Deepavali festival because of  brightness of the candles in OM all students are very happy to see the brightness and they come with the candles for the celebration and they dance for cultural theme so that time we enjoy lot and in daily science day we learnt with the fun all of them walk in the activity and enjoy a lot.

       Chinnara dasara was held on 6/10/2022 to 9/10/2022 at   government higher primary school  kotabagi .  It is a dasara holiday camp conducted on different themes for 4 days. Day one theme was about the dasara festival giving information about dasara history to students. Then they do the clay models. The second day theme was learnt about the freedom fighters and some basic English learning on the activity based students enjoying all activities. Give information about our culture and what are reasons behind that we follow the culture and we draw a OM image and students come with candles. So the day was very bright and we celebrated like a festival on that day. This was a very memorable day for me also and I saw the brightness of the whole classroom. This was a very happy ending for the chinnara dasara camp.

                                                      Training journey We had an Fellowship training in the week of mid October, the training includes many parts as Energizer , Different Firki like Power of high expectation , Goal setting , What ,why ,How values then  Different learning circles as "Art of giving and receiving feedback and parent as a partner " Thease two learning circles are very interactive and impressive.                  After that we had  Namita  mam session called time management , Reflective practices , and sphere of control and grattitude session all session s are very nice , my favourite one is grattitude session. Totally our training was very nice with lot of fun and learnings.

                                                 Chinnara dasara We started our camp with the day of 6/10/22 , for the first day i am very much excited to meet my students after long time , when that day begins my students welcoming was nice .  They are excited to learn with me . For the first day we explained about the part of  How much do you know about Dasara and second day is of Ajadi ka Amrit Mahotsav where we showed some of the freedom fighter of Karnataka and various activities of English learning. then we took daily science awareness , that what they learnt in the daily science. then we shared about our culture , totally this camp was very nice experience.  

            In the last day of our training we are share our gratitude in team we are write gratitude letter. This is one of the platform to share our thoughts and say thank you and feel happy and that was one of the most important time of the   our life. Each one   of share our feelings and say thank you in front of the team.

            Training held on Oct 10 to 15 was one of the bundle of learning and joy. Its given book presentation, movie review, ppt presentation, planning and learning session and a power packed cultural activities and Firiki course, Reflective session, time management session, development dialogue and Drama and lazy dance. Totally  learning with joy.

 One of my student her name is Parvati she acted and said dialogue of kittur rani chennamma in dasara camp while explaining about Karnataka freedom fighters where she acted this i really inspired by her acting, involvement and appreciated for  her courage, loud vise while telling dialogue she fully involved in her acting. Some students laughed by seeing her acting but she never stop without completing it. That time she looked like junior kittur rani chennamma to me. 

  It was a last day of Chinnara Dasara all students enjoyed the camp and they involved in all the activities actively. I also enjoyed the 4 days of camp with my students. Here students drawing the OM SYMBOL(🕉️) with candles🕯️and putting sticker  on girl picture without seeing by doing these they learned culture how it came and their importance.

 Day 4  Introduction to our culture I took the last day camp students came up with Josh and studnets played the communication game well and also I explained about our culture why we wear bangle, anklet sindur and students got the information well  And I asked the students about the family and gave the information about the joit and nuclear family students understood how to draw the family tree.they drew the family tree well ...

  Day 3  The theme is Science in everyday life I explained how the science is important in every day by sharing the real life examples and also studnets did the experiment then they wonder while seeing the experiment.. Afternoon they learnwd the boday parts in a different ways they actively participated in the activities 

 2nd day of chinnar dasara camp all the students came with happily and Theme is Azadika amrut mahostav students pasted the different freedom fighters name neatly and also they got the information about the every fighters.. English learning -- students played the board race they  did the activity very well from this game they got the information about making the different words..
