  In our school I conducted the group discussion for 5th and 6th standard students on the plastic is good or bad topic in that discussion students are participated very well and they give good explanation and also all students are participated. in that discussion going very well and all are learnt lots from this discussion. the topic is very useful and also good topic the students are understand very well and also they explained very well. they told they like group discussion they want to again they in next class the students likes more they want to talk about general topic. all students enjoyed a lot and learnt a lot its give more information to all and also most of the information are exchanged and also all students got a opportunity to share their thoughts its one opportunity to express our thoughts all are talk very well and spent time with good discussion.

  In Our school we conducted the public exam for 5th standard students. in that exam all students are participate and also  they wrote exam very well and all students try to answer all the questions. I am happy for all students answered all questions and also our students are happy for answered the all questions. its a good experience me as well as my students. its build a exam awareness to students its give a lot of experience to students and students are did hard work daily they practice very well and finally when they wrote exam they felt very happy because they prepared very well with lots of efforts its give more happiness to me because when we do hard work defiantly its give good result we prepared very well for examination and give our hundred precent effort to got a success.

 In our teaching experience, after teaching we should give space for our children's to reflect on their learnings. Because in reflection circle students tries to deep dive into their ideas and learnings. So in my classroom I giving my children to reflect their learnings.

 I took English oral test for 6th students and also for 7th students I took math oral test.Students are gave me the answer to my question.All the students attended the oral test . From the oral test i understood how many students wrote the exam neatly.Students gave the answers confidently.some students get confused.

 I did my community development project in my school. Which was about to improve discipline in students and social system of the school. After completion of this project we present it in front of our Fellowship team. It was Good experience for me, I got appreciation from each and everyone.

  Group activity  I did groups and given work to take test by leaders in free classes and took sign by me and parents, who will do good work I will give star to that group so it built healthy competition between each group so they adding different objectives like they went for house visit to inform about their tests and took signs of parents also they shared that parents response was good that made me happy. From this activity i am getting good response from students.

  We conducted the SA2 exam for 6th and 7th std students and all the students are very active and they wrote the exam well and  also we took the oral examination for the students and the students response was very good...

                                              COMMUNITY PROJECT                                                                We presented the Our Community Development project all the Members appreciated us for our Work and also we got the positive feedback & I felt happy while presenting my CD Project . & It is a grate time for me to show my presentation all the co-fellows are presented their project well

To establish clean and good environment in the school campus by gardening and creating awareness about hygiene   I am Sushma Appannavar working as fellow Teacher at GHPS Kurubagatti Community development is a process where community members are supported by agencies’ to identify and take collective action on issues which are important to them.  I am very happy that I have worked with such a good school have been working the project on 3 June 2022 to 20 th December 2022 ,I feel so proud that I have given something to my community GOAL Setting up a library in school builds an essential habit of reading in students. In our school conducted the sharing circle for 5th class students in which students participated very actively and also share their thoughts and accepted others thoughts in that circle all students express their thoughts about the topic and they think talk very well. when they share their experience that time i understood they understand all the topic very well and also they knowledge about topic this sharing circle is very helpful to me and also my students its a analysis for me in that I got who are understand and who are not getting my points its very helpful to analysis my students i think its one type of feedback from the my students and when we give to open talk with me its work well and also they opened up very well and its create bonding with students they felt free with me when we discuses in circle its give more relief to me as well as my students we are waiting for the week sharing circle its clear our doubts and give solutions to all.   In Our school we conducted the Drawing exam in which students are participated very actively and also they enjoy a lot and raw very beautiful pictures with colors they use different colors combination and they think very creatively and present very well the colors are looking very beautiful. in that some students draw pictures with a theme they have different themes like nature , water, relationship , school and also friendship they think very well and also draw very uncially they enjoy a lot they did take as exam they do very happily and interested in draw pictures and using the colors I am very happy to see their drawings and their creativity level.

            Revision is an important tool to know how much have learnt and how much I need to learn. Basically a person who has the habit of revision he will succeed as early as possible because in the learning process revision has its own value. We can see that our SSLC students have three steps of preparatory exams because this exams will help to do revisions on each subjects. If the same formula if the same formula is used to our classes it will be very helpful for our kids to have better results and better learnings.😊

            Every parent wish to give the best to their kids but they won't care about their neighbors. Teaching is the one profession  in which a teacher will have the care about all the kids in the classroom or in the school.  We can see many students working in different places and many of them are school dropouts. A parent can give the example to his kids like "if you don't study properly you will also face the similar things in your life" but if the person is teacher then he would think of how to bring that student back to school or how could he can help him or he will try find someone to take care of that kid.  I just want to say " Teacher is the one who cares for all kids and teaching is the one profession which develops all other professions. 😊

We celebrated the sendoff function for 7th students.we did Saraswati Pooja in our school.Afternoon we did the stage function all the students shared their opinions about school and their teachers. All the teachers ,SDMC members were attended the function.All the teachers also wish the students for their future.I am also shared my opinion about my students.Students were very happy for that.

  I took Slam out loud endline assessment for my 5th students.Students response was good and they understood the importance of girls education. In endline assessment we notice the point their mind set positive changed about girls education.All are now positive minded .

 Endline assessment  Today i took endline assessment for 5th class students their reflection was very good most of the boys said to get education to girls she has rights to get it. We should treat her as how we  treat boys. From 6 girls story they realized with having everything we are not learning well now onwards we try to put efforts to learn.

 Innocent souls Today on my day my students did very creative cards with creative words that made my day very special. They find happiness in doing these little things whatever they do I just loved it. I never expected that they will do this much for me with coordinating with each other. When i go to school their wishes and smile really start the day with some energy. I truly blessed to have such innocent souls in my life i am always grateful for their love and care.   

 On March 5th, I announced the name of Raman award winner in our school prayer. This very proudful moment for all of us. Our school child Kiran kallur won Raman award in Raman club. So I appreciated him and all the participants in school prayer.

                   2022 ಮತ್ತು 23ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ 7ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಬೀಳ್ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಸಮಾರಂಭ 2022 ಮತ್ತು 23ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ 7ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಬೀಳ್ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಸಮಾರಂಭ ಈ ಒಂದು ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಏಳನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು ಹಾಗೂ ಆರನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಒಂದು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು ಎಲ್ಲ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಶಾಲೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಗುರುಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು ಹಾಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ಗುರುಗಳು ಕೂಡ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಹಾಗೆ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಸೇರಿ ಸರಸ್ವತಿ ಪೂಜಾ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದವು. ಅದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ದೀಪ ಬೆಳಗುವುದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಈ ಒಂದು ಬಿಳ್ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಸಮಾರಂಭ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಗೊಂಡಿತು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತುಂಬಾ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಡ್ರೆಸ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದಿದ್ದರು ಹಾಗೆ ಅವರಿಗೂ ಕೂಡ ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಡಲಾಯಿತು ಅದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಒಂದು ಏಳನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಶಿರೂರ್ ಇವಳು ಕೂಡ ನನಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ನನ್ನ ಕೋಪಲೋ ಶೋಭಾ ಗೆ ಒಂದು ಉಡುಗೊರೆಯನ್ನು ಸಹ ನೀಡಿದಳು ನಮಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಖುಷಿಯಾಯಿತು

                                        SOL Endline  Today we conducted the SOL End line in that students were shared the 7 story and the activities all students are shared the story very well also we asked the endline question and students gave the answers and total 49 students were attended the session  

 Creativity is the important quality that everyone should possess. Through that we can explore our thoughts and ideas with others. Thinking creatively makes us to do something new. In learning also we should try to bring out the best in our students.  In my classroom, one of my student creatively made human skeleton system in the classroom. Everyone appreciated his work. 

                                                                    Practice Test 🖊🖊🖊 Today i took Practice test for my 5th class students where students have to prepare for the final exam , so that i took this test. it will be helpful them to revise their learnings and the  as we all know for 5th they have the public exam from 27th so this continuous practice will help them..

               In this week we started Summative Assessment-2 for 1 to 7th class students not for 5th class students because they have Board exam . Government Education Board of Karnataka  announced Government schools took Board exams for 5th and 8th and Conduct 1 to 7th for Summative Assessment in school level exam. so this week we conduct exam Summative Assessment started exams with Language Subjects so On Friday our students written Kannada and Mathematics exam.               All students sit on their  SATS number wise and written exams without fear and all are attended exam with discipline totally today exam went very well.  

                        I n this week we conducted End line Assessment for students so All students written very well, It is of total 30 mark question paper and but it is having three question papers of EVS, Mathematics and English each question paper having 10 marks and totally 30 marks question paper of 5th standard students and for 6th and 7th Science , Mathematics and English it is also Totally 30 mark Question paper and each subject having 10 marks.                   Last time starting of school we conducted Baseline Assessment that time some of students written not good this time they written better to Baseline Assessment , they improve lot and there confident level was increased.

  SOL last 7th session in that students listened and watched the senna story. students are observed the senna's life story they get the motivation from that story. the story all about the senna's struggles in her life and how she overcome the problems and got the solution that's give lot of motivation to students and also all students appreciates her and also they told they will also follow her path because they inspired from the story. then they did the activity based on the session in that students wrote the small small lines about their like and dislike and lifestyle , role models about teachers totally they enjoyed the all session and also they got the lots of inspiration from the all stories and they conclude all are equal and girls also got the education.

  IN     our school we conducted the End line Assessment for our students in that we prepare question paper into three parts with thirty marks. In that exam students wrote very well and also they are participated very actively in exam and all students attended the maximum questions and also they felt very happy to wrote exam. compare to baseline assessment and end line Assessment students wrote exam very well and also they improvement is too good that's give lot happiness to me and also its give satisfaction to me.
