VP - Yuva Fellows

  My Self  Shobha. I am happy to share my experience about my 1 year fellowship journey. When I completed my degree I spent more time on  reading competitive books .After completing my degree I joined the coaching center and started reading books .Then I applied for the vidyaposhak yuva fellowship. I didn't have any experience in teaching and also I didn't like kids. I do not communicate with others and my communication skills are not good at that time. In the fellowship we attended the 1 month training in that time i am facing very difficult i didn’t understand anything in the first week i thought about i didn’t survive here i must quit this job but that was my first job and when i quit this jobs my father and others are laughing at me so i decided to continue this job then days are passed and i am also comfortable with training .Then days are passed. After training in the office we took one demo class in front of our co-fellows. They act like children. In my class they distur

 ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಳೆಬಿಲ್ಲು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನವೂ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆವು. ನಾಟಕ ಹಬ್ಬ ಕಟ್ಟುವುದು ಕವನ ಮತ್ತು ಹಾಡುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿ ರಾಗವಾಗಿ ಹಾಡುವುದು ನಿಸರ್ಗದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸುವುದು. ಹಾಗೆ ಗಣಿತ ಗಮ್ಮತ್ತು ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ವಿವಿಧ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದಿದ್ದರು ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇರೆಬೇರೆ ಗುಂಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಬಹಳ ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಮಳೆಬಿಲ್ಲು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ 😍🤩

Malebillu was the 14 days program planned by govt.Here  students were participate in story telling, drawing competition, telling story of Indian leaders etc .Through this students will talk confidently ,think more and recall the things . From this program our student's strengths also increased.. By telling moral stories students will learn  morality in their life .Also they will communicate more in classroom it will build confidence in them.

 Creativity is the skill that everyone not acquired. Creativity is the ability of thinking in different way . Our students think creatively in some times. On Wednesday in our we took Malebillu activity  in that we told every students should make different drawings using using materials . Students choosed leaves of hibiscus plant. From those leaves they did Ganapati, Flower plant, Flower etc. Their creative thinking was very nice. 

song and story telling activity  we celebrated malebillu activity in that we took story and song telling activity in that students were made their own story and song also they shared it to us and also they played some games like anekallu etc. so all are very enjoyed these activity

ನನ್ನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ, ನನ್ನ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ   ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದ ನನ್ನ ಫೆಲೋಶಿಪ್ ನ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದೆ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಅನುಭವಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದೇನೆ .ಶಾಲೆ, ಆಫೀಸು, ಮನೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಇದೆ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಪಂಚವಾಗಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟಿತ್ತು .ನನಗೆ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕಾಲ ಕಳೆಯುವುದೆಂದರೆ ಬಹಳ ಇಷ್ಟವಾಗಿತ್ತು.  ನನ್ನ ಶಾಲೆ ಇರುವುದು ಧಾರವಾಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಒಂದು ಸಣ್ಣ ಹಳ್ಳಿಯಾಗಿತ್ತು .ಊರಿನ ಪರಿಸರ ,ಜನ,ಭಾಷೆ, ಪದ್ಧತಿ ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ನನಗೆ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಶಾಲೆಯ ದೊಡ್ಡದಾದ ಆವರಣ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಸಾಲು ಸಾಲು ತೆಂಗಿನ ಮರ ತರಗತಿಗಳು ಇವೆಲ್ಲವೂ ನನಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲು ಬರಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತಿತ್ತು .ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರು ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ನನಗೆ ಹೊಸ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಆಗಿನ್ನೂ ಅಗಸ್ಟ್ ತಿಂಗಳ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭ ಸೋನೆಮಳೆಯಂತೆ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಕೊರೋನಾ ಎಂಬ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಭೂತದ ಭಯದಿಂದ ಅಡಗಿ ಕೂತಿದ್ದ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ನಿಧಾನವಾಗಿ ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಬರಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಬಿಕೋ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಆವರಣ ತರಗತಿಗಳು  ಅಲ್ಪಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಕಳೆ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿತ್ತು .ಆಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಏಳನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪಾಠ ಕಲಿಸಲು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದೆ. ಅಷ್ಟು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ನನ್ನ ಗಮನ ಹರಿಯಿತು. ಅಗಲವಾದ ದೇಹ, ದ

MY FIRST YEAR FELLOWSHIP JOURNEY My name is Madhura. my native Hubli . My father's name is Shailendra and my mother's name is Geeta. I completed my 1 to 10 standard in my native Hubli. I completed my PUC and graduation in Sirsi. After completing my graduation, I engaged in tuition classes in my home for neighborhood High School children.   I developed interest in teaching because I loved  spending my time with the children. Fortunately I heard that Vidya Poshak is hiring teachers so I applied for the internship program but at that time I wasn't selected . After a few months Vidya Poshak  started a Fellowship program. So I prepared myself for the selection process . As a result of my effort I was selected in a 2021 batch of Yuva fellowship. After being selected as a fellow teacher I got HPS Narendra School. I was allotted 7th and 4th standard to teach Science and mathematics. In the   beginning I was very poor in stakeholder management, communication  and  effective teach

                                                              SELF REFLECTION  My self Deepa .Kittur I am happy to share my one year experience as fellow teacher at vidyaposhak, I am very happy to share my feelings,   When I completed the degree I spend more time in reading & also compilation of the degree I joined the Computer class it is the government programme where I learned the many thing of the life skills & basic computer knowledge & where I learned the presentation skill & interview skills & this helps me to select as fellow teacher at vidya poshak & also Taking the tuition class also helps me alot to this precious job.                       I shared my journey, how I selected the vidya poshak and what are the challenges I faced. I shared my selection as a fellow teacher journey when I was selected when I completed the degree and preparing for my extra exam. My sir suggested hiring hello teachers so I applied for the job. I feel proud of myself because

                                                       ಮೊಗ್ಗೊಂದು ಹೂವಾದಾಗ ಕುರುಬಗಟ್ಟಿ ಅನ್ನುವುದು ಒಂದು ಪುಟ್ಟ ಗ್ರಾಮ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ 2000 ಮನೆಗಳು ಇರಬಹುದು ಎನ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿತ್ತು,  ಆ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಸರಕಾರಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಕನ್ನಡ ಶಾಲೆ ತನ್ನದೇ ಆದ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಅಕ್ಷರದ ಹೆಸರಿನಿಂದ ಬಹಳ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕಟ್ಟಡದ ವೈಖರಿಯಿಂದ ಮಿಂಚುತ್ತಿತ್ತು, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಹೂವಿನ ತರಹ ಕಂಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪುಟ್ಟ ಪುಟ್ಟ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಆಟವಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು, ಚಿಲಿಪಿಲಿ ಪಕ್ಷಿಗಳ ತರಹ ಧ್ವನಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿ ಓದುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು, ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮುಂದೆ ಒಂದು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮರ ಅದರ ಮುಂಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕಟ್ಟೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿತ್ತು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಓದಲು ಕೂಡುವುದು ನೋಡುವುದೇ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಸಂಭ್ರಮ,   ಈ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ನಾನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೋದಾಗ ನನಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರೋಗ್ರಾಮ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್ ಮೊದಲನೇ ದಿನ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕುರುಬಗಟ್ಟಿ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಕರೆತಂದು ಅಂದಿನ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಪರಿಚಯ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ, ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿಯರಾಗಿ ಕರೆತಂದ ಉದ್ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಿ, ನಮಗೆ ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಇದೇ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿ ವೃತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಕುರುಬಗಟ್ಟಿ ಸರಕಾರಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಕನ್ನಡ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋದರು. ಆ ದಿನ ನಾನು ಆ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಪರಿಚಯ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡೆ, ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತುಂಬಾ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಜೊತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ನಮ್

                                 MY FELLOWSHIP JOURNEY  Hello everyone I am Sushma Appannavar. I am here to share about my fellowship journey, after completing my B.Sc. graduation I applied the Vidyaposhak Fellowship while they selected they will take 3 steps to select the fellows, and I followed those 3 steps and they have taken the interview in that they will ask more questions friendly it was different interview because they will encourage me to speak so I get courage from there soft words so I gave the answers and communicate with them freely, after I selected  as fellow teacher, After that I attended the 1 month training  in that I get to know about Vidya Poshak NGO Vision goal and rules and responsibilities and interns teachers also share their experience it builds curiosity in me  also they will gave us to more sessions related the math and science subject related to how to make asynchronous pocket and  how to teach math and science subject and how to behave with students a

Today i give information about nutrition food --Most people know good nutrition and physical activity can help maintain a healthy weight .but benefits of good nutrition go beyond weight .good nutrition can help -reduce the risk of some diseases ,including heart disease, diabetes, stroke ,some cancers ,and osteoporosis. students get idea about the nutrition food and also they tell me it gives energy and it make our body strong.  

Today students did agriculture related clay modeling .all students enjoyed this activity very much .they wish this activity didn't stop .Also they paint their models carefully. Almost students participated in this activity. Using clay can help them to explore ideas creatively ,improve their thinking capacity.
