VP - Yuva Fellows

           I am conducting mental ability sessions for my co fellows and junior fellows to make them ready to take sessions for the students to  prepare them for the competitive exams such as Morarji, Adarsha and Navodaya exams. The sessions were interactive and I learnt a lot from the session because I believe that the teacher will learn more than the listeners because before taking any sessions or teach something the teacher will prepare himself/herself better. I am very thankful for the opportunity that I got to teach something to my team. 😊

Thank you so much all my sisters I am always grateful for your care, help and motivations. 

 Congratulating  We congratulated to our senior fellows by sharing learning from them and thanking to them. We are going to miss them onwards and try to become the role model teachers like them by taking initiative, giving good presentation and creative teaching. They taught me so many things and also motivated me in my each step of learnings. 

                                                       Thanks Giving🤝🤝                       Vidya Poshak Yuva Fellowship every day we got chance to learn new things , as we have completed our 1st year journey but our senior fellows have to end their fellowship journey and start their new life with better hope . We conducted Thanks giving program for our seniors , It was slight emotional situation for all of us to say bye to them , because they are very special for us. we started our journey as strangers but we ending up with besties .😍😍

 In workshop - 2023 In our workshop 2023 all Frist year fellows are shared their one year journey experience Infront of the team and also the feedback from the team members, its a very nice experience to all because they recall whole one year journey and cherish the beautiful movements and shared also bad experience and their learnings its very useful all fellows because all are get the feedback from the others is very useful to all to improve their steps and also understand the what mistake they do in the journey also get the solution for how to overcome the problems.

  Creativity is very important tool in learnings because when resources are not available we think very creatively and also use all available resource that is one example for that when we used leaves and flowers to make bocce  for our workshop -2023 closing ceremony. The welcome flowers are not available but we think very creatively and using the available resources for best flower welcoming.

  Closing ceremony of workshop - 2023  On 16/5/2023 we conducted the closing ceremony program of workshop 2023 in that program I explained about the whole work shop plans , sessions and learnings when I shared my experience I recalled whole my learnings and I felt happy because  I get the more learnings from the workshop 2023.

                      ಗಾಯತ್ರಿ - ಒಂದು ಅಪರೂಪದ ಚಿಟ್ಟೆ ಹೆಣ್ಣೊಂದು ಕಲಿತರೆ ಶಾಲೆಯೊಂದು ತೆರೆದಂತೆ ಎಂಬ ಮಾತಿದೆ. ಆದರೂ ಇನ್ನು ಹಲವಾರು ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಥೈಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮನೆಯ ಬೆಳಗುವ ದೀಪ ಎನ್ನುವ ಬದಲು ಮನೆಯ ಕೆಲಸದ ಆಳಾಗಿ ಕಾಣುವುದೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚು. ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸಮನಾದ ಹಕ್ಕು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸುವುದು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಎನಿಸಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದು ಉದಾಹರಣೆ ಎಂದರೆ ನನ್ನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿ ಗಾಯತ್ರಿ ಹಾದಿಮನಿ. ನಾನು 6ನೇ ತರಗತಿಗೆ ಹಿಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷ ಗಣಿತ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಕಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನು ಆ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಒಮ್ಮೆಯೂ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆಕೆಯ ಮನೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಅವಳ ಪಾಲಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಾದ ಹಲವು ಬಾರಿ ನಡೆಸಿದರು ಅದು ಫಲ ಕೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಮುಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷವೂ ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ನಡೆದರೆ ಹೇಗೆ ಎಂದು ಯೋಚಿಸುತ್ತಲೇ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದ ಅವಧಿ ಮುಗಿದೆ ಹೋಯಿತು. ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದ ಆರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕೆ ಊರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗಲೆಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಗುರುಗಳನ್ನು ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅವರ ಮನೆಗೆ ಹೋಗಿಯೇ ಬಿಟ್ಟೆ. ಅವರ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಪಾಲಕರ ಮುಂದೆ ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾತನಾಡಿಸಿ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಕರೆತರುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು.  ನಾವು ಕರೆದಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ ಅಥವಾ ಅವಳ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಮೂಡಿಯೋ ತಿಳಿದಿಲ್ಲ ಆಕೆ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಬರಲು ಆರಂ

 I believe in experiential learning.  Because students will take more learnings through experiential leaning where they will learn through some activity, experiments and drill.  I watched one movie that is Rough Book. Where I learnt that basic knowledge  is very important for students. As a teacher we should teach our student about application part.  I enjoyed the movie. Specially I liked the Santoshi madam character. I adopted some positive qualities like patience, teaching style, creating happy classroom etc. 

 Learnings from Firki... Firki course helped me a lot throughout my Fellowship journey. I acquired so many learnings from Firki course like differentiation method, preparation of weekly plan, child development module, what , why and how of values, strategies to maximize the learnings, Introduction to design thinking etc. From all these course I improved my teaching skill and adapted new methods of teaching.  In the starting of my journey I didn't know how to do weekly plan. But now I learnt to make weekly plan effectively for my classroom. Also from the what, why and how of values Firki course, I clearly understood as a teacher why we need to teach values for children. Also I watched one video, where one person took the initiative to clean the beach. So I showed the video to my students to  teach them how that person implemented the values in his life.  Design thinking is my favorite topic. Where I learnt that we should think in different ways for find out a solution for a problem.

  WORKSHOP 2023. In our workshop 2023 the facilitator conducted the Development Dialogue on facility given by government is good or bad in that I am in bad group so we all are participated the very actively and all  are share their thoughts and discusses very well. its good development dialogue and we conclude very well. we are discusses advantage and disadvantage of the topic .

  Our Junior Fellows Shared their One Year Journey & they all are happy while sharing the story they share in detail and well all gave the feedback to them. Afternoon we all discussed about the Closing Ceremony where we all took the one one task.

  WORKSHOP 2023 In our workshop 2023 we are attended the positive teaching session conducted by the Facilitator. This session is very informative because they give lots of information with real example. we discussed our problems and got the solutions its very useful to our classroom because we are work with the students and we implemented  those strategy to our classroom.  

              Knowing ourselves is an very part of the life. As of now we all know about ourselves as others see  but actually that is not truth. I know myself as a teacher or as a trainer but I don't know what actually I am. The session which gives me an idea to know myself better with the formulae to know myself better. I just took few minutes to just rewind my whole life what are the ups and downs in my life and also I go through my strength and weakness. When I gather all these things then I got to know the idea of who am I? This was an nice session to know myself. 

I shared my fellowship experience with my co-fellows. We all are shared our experience of our 2 year fellowship. It was an amazing journey for me. I spent most of the time with my students. In school also all the co-teachers support me. My best experience was in summer camp I took my students palm autograph it was my best memory. All the students are very nice and they respond very well in all the activities. In 2 year fellowship I learnt so many things from the each session.

  In workshop 2023 We all are share our learnings from the day and we are attended the more sessions and know the some information and implementation some tricks and very day we reflect our learnings and share our takeaways its a recall of the whole day and analysis of our learnings and also what we take way from the day for classroom.

 Movie  review From rough book movie i liked the teacher character "Santoshi Kumari" Why because she sis personal struggle to teach students in creative way like using real world examples, building curiosity  by asking questions and told to research, to explain. She said " Teach more and learn less policy" is the biggest weakness of our society. Shows the impact of her teaching at the end by students selection that was proud moment to her. Some of her ways of teaching i want to takeaway to my classroom From this movie.

                     Sharing journey  I shared my two year Fellowship journey. It was very memorable moment for me. I shared indetail all My Co-Fellows shared their journey and all our Fellows, Program Manager Fellow Mentor gave the Feedbacks for our journey.              Memories are the part of our life.. 😍💝

                                                          ROUGH BOOK  Films are   cultural artifacts created by specific cultures, facilitating intercultural dialogue . It is considered to be an important art form that provides entertainment and historical value, often visually documenting a period of time.                                         Movies are very important in our life I watched the Movie Rough Book which was very informative I enjoyed a lot . This Movie is mainly about the how the education System impacting , One of the Physics Teacher Santhoshi Mam her teaching Method was very unique she explain the concept relating to a real life Situations and also ahe explains application of the experiment later her Studnets who are slow learner crack the JEE Exams that inspires me alot.

  Today I conducted the Mornings Meeting in that I introduce the one activity for all fellows that is creating words by using the letters. In that all students are created the more words and also they try to create highest words totally they create 8 words by using the letters and all fellows are actively participated in the activity and also they interact well in Moring meeting so that way I felt successfully completed my meeting host responsible and done my all upload works. its give more happiness because done the work very well.

NEP We attended the NEP Implementation Session. this session was taken by the Vinayakumar. this session was very informative I understood the detail Concept of NEP. I noted the Importance of the NEP what are the features are their in the NEP & I got the Information about the 5+3+3+4  Noted the each  Stage in detail and this session was very informative they shared each points in the NEP..  

                                                                    Rough Book📖📖                                   Today I watched the movie  rough book .This is one of my favorite  movie , Because this movie tells about the quality of education , the story is full of transformation of  irresponsible students to responsible students. When a teacher teaches a subject with fun and creativity that will create a Beautiful bond between student and teacher. While watching the movie I recalled my one year fellowship , where so many students behavior was changed during this one year of fellowship , that is the impact that we can see.

            VIDYA POSHAK FELLOWSHIP JOURENY Every day is chance to Learn   I     started the journey in May 2022. The whole year enjoyed a lot and also learning with Fun. The everyday I attended the different task and got the different experience. I saw the application link in WhatsApp status then I collect the information about applying then I applied the application in that send resume then I selected the second round in that I prepared 5 minutes teaching video and write the on kannada essay , English essay on   1) Why do you want to be a teaching fellow with Vidya Poshak ?   2) Why do you think you are a right fit for it and how does it align to your future    goals ? then talk to children, parents and teachers in around your neighborhood and ask them what are the challenges they face in school education and also I choose the food topic and prepare lesson plan and making 5 min video then uploaded then I got the mail from the office in that I selected third round so attended

 My Teaching Experience Journey  I am Kavya S Kadagad and I am working in GHPS Pudakalkatti.For me it was a beautiful journey at Vidya Poshak as a fellow teacher. I have work experience in teaching for 2 months where I had been with students taught math. After that I  applied for the Vidya Poshak Yuva fellowship in april which was suggested by a friend and received positive feedback about Vidya Poshak,supported to many students in higher studies that helped me to write essays on Vidya Poshak while applying according to the requirements. After that I was selected for the second round and gave an interview. This was my interview which I attended after graduation. I shared what was on my mind and I was selected in the second list to join the Yuva fellowship. My journey started with lots of learnings and sessions in one month institute training where I got confidence in handling the students, how to start the class and to end the class with student involvement. Even they told some solution

                      Transformation of                                   dream  into action....                                  Hello Everyone... …                 I am Sayigeeta Naik , I am from sirsi .It is the place where devine and greenery is located ,when I was searching job I got to know about the fellowship then  I applied for the fellowship .The selection process of Yuva Fellowship includes 3 rounds , where in first round we have to complete the 3 tasks , from that they shortlist some candidates from that we have to face to face interview .  Then we had 1 month of training called the Institute. In the institute we got to know about the documentation process .Then we visited the community in which we had to interact with the students and stakeholders. This will help us to know the ground level of teaching . I completed my B.Sc at GFGC Dharwad. Before applying for the fellowship, Iam working as Teacher at Dharwad and I have 2 year experience in teaching but I wanted teach Rural Childrens. So When I Searching for Job that time I got information about Vidyaposhak Yuva Fellowship Recritment , So I applied Fellowship Program. After I applied for the Yuva Fellowship program I completed the written task which are given by Vidyaposhak whare I wrote essay on why I am joining for the Fellowship Program and how the program  will allied to my future goals, also I visited nearby school whare I asked some questions regarding the education problems, that are faced by parents children school teacher I noted some questions and also recorded one teaching video, Then I selected for Interview , In that I successfully
