VP - Yuva Fellows

                 Hello everyone I am Sushma Appannavar. I am here to share about my fellowship journey, after completing my B.Sc. graduation I applied the Vidyaposhak Fellowship while they selected they will take 3 steps to select the fellows, and I followed those 3 steps and they have taken the interview in that they will ask more questions friendly it was different interview because they will encourage me to speak so I get courage from there soft words so I gave the answers and communicate with them freely, after I selected  as fellow teacher, After that I attended the 1 month training  in that I get to know about Vidya Poshak NGO Vision goal and rules and responsibilities and interns teachers also share their experience it builds curiosity in me  also they will gave us to more sessions related the math and science subject related to how to make asynchronous pocket and  how to teach math and science subject and how to behave with students and how to make lesson plan ,how to grab stud

              ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರ ನಾನು ಸರಕಾರಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆ, ಕುರುಬಗಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹ ಅಕ್ಷಕಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನಾನು ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಪೋಷಕ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಲೋ ಸಹ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿ ಆಗಿ ಈ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಗಣಿತ ಹಾಗೂ ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಆರು ಮತ್ತು ಏಳನೇ ತರಗತಿಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಈ ಒಂದು ಕಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಒಂದು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಕುರಿತು ವಿವರಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನಾನು ಈಗಿನ ಆರನೇ ತರಗತಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಗಣಿತ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಬೋಧಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆಯಾಗಿ 49 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಇದ್ದರು ನನಗೆ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಗಣಿತ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಬೋಧಿಸುವುದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕೆಲವೊಂದು ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಗಳನ್ನು ಇಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲಿಯುವಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುವಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಓದುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೀಗೆ ಹಲವಾರು ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ಕಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ  ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯು ಸ್ಕೂಲಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಿಲ್ಲ ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಕರೋನಾ ಮುಗಿದ ನಂತರ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಶಾಲೆ ಪಾಠ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಅಂದರೆ ಏನೋ ಒಂದು ಭಯ ಇತ್ತು ಹೀಗೆ ನಾನು ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಹಾಜರಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಾಗ ಆ ಒಂದು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಗೈರು ಹಾಜರಿರುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ನಾನು ಒಂದು ಎರಡು ವಾರಗಳ ಸುಮ್ಮನಿದ್ದೆ ಆನಂತರ ಗೆಳೆಯರನ್ನು ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿದಾಗ ಅವನು ತುಂಬಾನೇ ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಆದರೆ ಕರೋನ ಬಂದ ನಂತರ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಬರು

                   ಕುರುಬಗಟ್ಟಿ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಒಂದು ಪುಟ್ಟ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಈ ಊರಿಗೆ ನಾನು ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಪೋಷಕ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಸಹ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿಯಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆ ಕುರುಬಗಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆನೆ.  ಈ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವಾರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಕಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ ನಾನು 6ನೇ ತರಗತಿಗೆ ಗಣಿತ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಬೋಧಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಏಳನೇ ತರಗತಿಗೆ ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಭೋದಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.  ಇದೀಗ ನಾನು 7ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ  ನಾನು ಈಗ ಒಂದು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಿರುವ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಹೇಳಲು ಬಯಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನಾನು ಏಳನೇ ತರಗತಿಗೆ ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಭೋದಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ ಆ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 34 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಇದ್ದರು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆರಳೆಣಿಕೆ ಎಷ್ಟು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಓದಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಬರೆಯಲು ಕಲಿತಿದ್ದರು.  ಕೆಲವೊಂದು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಲ್ಪಬೆಟ್ಸ್ ಕೂಡ ಬರೆಯಲು ಮತ್ತು ಓದಲು ಬರುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಆದರೆ ಅದೇ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯು ವೀರೇಶನ್ನುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಅವನು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಒರಟ ಮತ್ತು ತುಂಬಾನೇ ಉಡಾಳ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಓದುವುದು ಬರೆಯುವುದಾದರೆ ಇಷ್ಟನೇ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಿಲ್ಲ ಅವನು ಎಲ್ಲರ ಕ್ಲಾಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ಗಲಾಟೆ ನಗ- ಚಾಟಿಕೆ ಇದೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಕ್ಲಾಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ. ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬರೀ ಆ

  Group activity  I conducted the group activity of searching question on nutrition in plants in a creative way. Which group take more questions they will get a star so they searched and tried and wrote questions on first chapter in that their involvement was good each students tried to take questions.

                In my classroom i started the class by the energiser like Gandhiji, Nethajii , Swamiji in 6th maths class in that activity all students are participated very actively and also they much more interested in the doing the activity because they are just complete their lunch and also they feel to sleep when daily we are doing the energizer they are fresh up and also they ger energy to participated in the classroom and also active in the class its will be help to me because i got the all students attention to the topic by doing the activity so we all enjoy the energizer and always waiting for the activity.  

                                                          Friday Activity🎨🎨                             Today I did the Friday art and Craft of the weaving from the paper , it was very nice day to do craft with my students and seeing their happiness by doing this craft activity. Students explored more by doing craft and they expressed their gratitude through the craft work.                                                                

                                                  International Yoga Day                       On 21st June we  celebrated the international yoga day in our school, on this special occation all students did the yoga postures very well and they got to know the slogan of international yoga day as "Vasudaiva Kutumbakam". Students did 3 times suryanamskar and 8 diffrent yoga poses , it was very nice to see my students to be fit everyday.

                    Cleanliness is a habit of keeping your body and surrounding clean, Cleanliness is something that needs to be practiced regularly as a habit, A clean and healthy society is very essential for the environment and progress of the nation.            Government of India introduced a Swachh Bharat Mission /Clean India Campaign on 2nd October 2014. The aim of the mission was to encourage people for personal cleanliness as well as for environmental cleanliness. We all must follow cleanliness rules and regulations to be clean and healthy, Cleanliness is a habit and also a social responsibility. 

In our School we celebrated the International Yoga day in that program all students are doing the yoga very well and all co- teachers are doing the yoga and they understand the importance of yoga and 7th standard students are taking the initiative of this pogrom and also 3 students are doing the all yoga poses Infront of the students and  remaining students are the follow the front students and also one of the 7th students talk very well about yoga and also she shared what are the benefits they have to doing yoga all students are understand very well and also they promised to doing to do yoga in their daily routine totally the program went very well and also its give nice memory to me also   

              Every Year June 21st All Over world celebrated Yoga Day, On Wednesday We celebrated International Yoga day in our School, So All Students came to school so early at 7:30 am  After Prayer we started Yoga at Ground And Students Brought Yoga Mats and Actively participated for Yoga , So HM ,Teachers, SDMC Members also participated , Students are Very Curious for doing Every Yoga Positions. All students felt very happy , It went well And This day was very nice .  

 Thumb autograph 👍😍 My 7th students gave thumb autograph as a leaves on tree chart after completing the setubandha exam,they were happy to give their thumb autograph with green color paint as a leaves on a tree, They are feeling each are very special to the class and told me that they will be regular to the class and i am very happy  for making this activity to my students. Also this is one of my vision based activity which I set for this year.

 Doting on butterfly chart🦋 My 5th class students were entering to the 6th class by completing Setubandha exam. This was activity of sharing one value which they going to follow through out this year by Doting on butterfly chart using different colors by using index finger. It is going well now they observing each friends value which they shared and remembering.All students were happy to dot with colors and to share value to this year. 

  In Our School at 10:30 Am bell ring for Prayer so All students came before prayer and come in discipline and Stands for Prayer so all teachers and HM also come and Stands for prayer and All students stand in Straight line and maintain discipline and First all students read News Paper , Thoughts, Introduction of English Words after that all chanting Vande Mataram then National Anthem  and This prayer gave Peace of Mind and New Positive Energy to all. So In Every School Starts Class with Prayer.  

            9th June 2023 on Friday Our New Fellows visited our school and We all went for House Visit and We totally visit 5 houses and 4 Junior Fellows came with me and visited parents houses and interacted well and after the House visit We held parents meeting so all 4 new fellows met parents and Discussed well after that They interacted with our students and Asked students Daily Routines and I helped them for Documentation work and they learnt new thing from this Visit and This day was Memorable for Us. 

  ON Tuesday I took Combined class of 4th and 5th class its learnings to me for how to handle the more strength class and learnt what are Strategy to use control class and enjoyed a lot for doing the activities and playing the games and also its create more bonding with me and students we mingle all students with playing games its opportunity to make strong relationship with students when we playing games with students students are talk with me more compare to class taken its give opportunity to understand the students thinking when we parlayed with students students gave more interest and talk more So more strength is more gave more opportunity.

  In our school we conducted the Safalya exam for all students in that I conducted the exam for 5th standard students on science, students are wrote the exam very well after taking of the Setu Bhanda exam we took revision classes on 4th syllabus topics and we teach topics on the basis of Setu Bhanda  analysis report in that where more students are gave wrong answer we focus on the that topic and took revision class on that topic and students are understand very well then we conducted the safalya exam for those students in that exam students students wrote very well and do not make mistake on the revision topics and this assessment again we prepare the analysis reports its helps to increase the students growth and gave suggestions to the class plans.

 Community Visit 🏡 On Friday our junior fellows visited our school first I introduced them to my students, co-teachers and HM. After that I went for house visit with our junior fellows for 3 house they interacted with parents through asking some details of students and their family background. It was nice experience to see me in one year back how I changed and what all things i learnt from this fellowship.

  Assessment Assessment is the basic process of all analysis so we conducted the Setu Bhanda exam for 5th standard students on 5th science and maths all students are wrote the exams on 4th syllabus its help to analyze students on the basis of 4th syllabus its helps to to recognize the students and make list to analyzing students scale and also took revision class on that topic its help to take class on the revision topics and also that reports helps to make groups and make creative activities on that topic and make students groups and planed for the activities the assessment is the main strategy for everything its helps to make plan.  

       Class motto  This year i took 5th new class that way I thought the class motto of my class the students are the new students of my classroom because I told them to class rules and class motto in that class students very interesting the chant the class motto and also they like the class motto Frist time that motto will be something new for then and they enjoyed lot they chant the motto its new experience to me to share my class motto with new students and also hired when all students like the class motto and when I saw the interest of students to chant the class motto its give more happiness to me and also I recall my last year classroom and students how they learnt how they enjoyed when chanting the class motto its give most memories to me and also i felt more happy when my students chanting the class motto.

                                                    Class Observation Yuva fellowship 2023-25 ....  Vidya Poshak Yuva Fellowship hired new candidates as a fellow teacher, Our junior fellows are in Institute training period so they had a community visit to our school Mulamuttala. Fellows interacted with students and conducted class for them.. I observed their classes they interacted very well with students. Students are very happy by seeing new teachers.. 😍😊

                                                School opening ceremony🥀🥀                          On 31st may  there was school opening ceremony held in our school , on that day all school staff members and SDMC members attended the school opening ceremony where students and teachers and students assembled in the program . on that day SDMC members distributed the books and uniforms to the students .😊 All teachers welcomed the students to giving flowers to them , and they wished well to the students for their future..😍

                                                           ದಾಖಲಾತಿ ಆಂದೋಲನ 📖📖                     ಶಾಲಾ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭೋತ್ಸವದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಾತಿ ಆಂದೋಲನವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಯಿತು ,ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮೂಲ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಒಂದನೇ ತರಗತಿಗೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ದಾಖ್ಳಿಸುವುದಾಗಿತ್ತು , ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಶಾಲಾ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಮೇತ ಪ್ರಭಾತ ಫೇರಿ ಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದೆವು . ಶಾಲಾ ಮಕ್ಕ್ಳು ಘೋಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ಕೂಗುತ್ತ ದಾಖಾಲಾತಿ ಆಂದೋಲನಕ್ಕೆ ಅಣಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು , ಇದರಿಂದ ಒಂದನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಅದೇ ದಿನ ಅಕ್ಷರಾಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಯಿತು . 

 School opening program The day started with seeing happy faces of my dear students after the holidays. All teachers ready to go Prabhat peri to bring students back to school and to inform to take admission to 1st standard students. Along with that program there is "worlds no tobacco day" program at Panchayat also we attended that program. students are happy to see school and friends after holidays. I felt like meeting my closed people after a ages. 

  ಅಕ್ಷರ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ ಒಂದನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ  ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮವಾಗಿ ಅಕ್ಷರ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ಸಿಹಿಯನ್ನ ಹಂಚಿ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ದಾಖಲು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು. ಅಕ್ಷರ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಳದಿ ಕೆಂಪು ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿಳಿ ಅಕ್ಕಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ಷರ ಬರೆಸುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಾಂಕೇತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಐದು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಅಕ್ಷರ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಜರುಗಿಸಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಒಂದನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಶುಭ ಕೋರಿ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ವೃಂದವು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಕಾಳಜಿಯನ್ನ ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುವ ಉದಾಹರಣೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯ ಭವಿಷ್ಯವೂ ಉಜ್ವಲವಾಗಲಿ ಎಂಬುದು ಅವರ ಆಶಯ.

ಶಾಲಾ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭೋತ್ಸವ 31.05.2023 ರಂದು ಸರಕಾರಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅಕ್ಷರ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸುಂದರವಾಗಿ ಜರಗಿಸಲಾಯಿತು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ವರ್ಗ ಪಾಲಕರು ಎಸ್ ಡಿ ಎಂ ಸಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ರೋಟರಿ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ದಾನಿಗಳು ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸುಂದರವಾಗಿ ತಿರುಗಿಸಲಾಯಿತು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿಹಿ ಹಂಚುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಶುಭಕೋರಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು.
