                                                             MOVIE- REVIEW📸👀                                 This week we watched the movie of TARE ZAMIN Par , It was very nice and inspirational motivational movie , Every students and teachers should watch the movie where it was story of student of Ishant , he was not able to catch the words that he use to write the words in reverse order. I liked the character of Amirkhan who played the role  teacher.

                                              On Tuesday in our school we celebrate the Holi it was a new experience for me, all the teachers and students will involved in the celebration. In that day only 5th students will came to school due to their board exam and it is the last exam for them. At firstly they written the exam after that we celebrate the Holi students will take the colors in their bag. Students will enjoyed the day they will happy.  

                                                      Endline Assessment 📝✒️        As we know we are conducting Endline and Baseline assessment in every school at the starting and Ending of the school, last week i conducted Endline assessment in school all students wrote the exam very well. I was surprised by seeing the excitement of the students where they all know the answers it was nice experience for me.

                                                       Endline Assessment Our student wrote the End line assessment paper. Three subject that is science maths in English 5,6,7th students are wrote the Eand line Assessment paper one subject is included 10 questions for all subject total 30 marks all free class students are well written End line assessment was very nice which had general basic questions. Easily students understanding the questions answer it it was good work by Vidya poshak because of students increasing their knowledge basic concepts three main subjects are the pillar of build scientific knowledge in students our student wrote paper and to fill happy movement. Students are like to  pictorial with essay questions. Developer there basics concepts. The Vidya poshak organisation conducted two Assessments  Base line and the end line Assessment it's nice  work later on we have make analysis of our students marks.

  Monday in our school students participated in speech competition and modeling students got first prize   science modeling it was very happy moment for our school . all teacher say  happy moments for our school And got first prize in 5000 thousand cash prize , and speech competition got third prize got 1000 .  after that we distibute certificates in school .

  Young Artiste is a scholarship program for school children across India in the classical and contemporary arts. This program is to promote the arts of the Indian Young to provide an equal platform to all students where they can express their artiste talents and stand a chance to receive accreditation scholarship grants and recognition for their skills.                 My 5th standard students will prepare the models has they interested in the prepare new the students were talented. I gave 2hours of time they can search the waste material's in the school and prepare the models it was nice experience for me, students interest towards the other activity is important in that their creativity will increases by new also. I am so happy I am not expect from the students they prepare bus stop, ATM, House and some paper crafts seeing these I conduct the activities more in our school.

                                   One of my student is  Shweta Somanagoudar she is studying in 7th standard. She is different from all other students. She is very intelligent and very active girl. She is very interested in all the fields like studying, sports and cultural activities. She is very good in studies. She understand the topics very easily. She solved the problems with her own. Coming the sports she won the first prizes in many games like Running, Relay, high jump, long jump and Kho Kho in cluster level, Taluka level and got 2nd prize in district level. She got Veeragrani award in sports. Not only in studies and sports she is very active in cultural activities. She did an anchoring in the annual day function. She overcomed the stage fear and did very well. She didn't did any mistakes while anchoring even though she is doing the same for first time. Her pronunciation was very clear. Also her voice was very cute. Everyday she gave the command the prayer. I liked her voice

  A new centrally sponsored scheme on Education for all   "New India Literacy Programme (NILP)" , has been approved by the Government of India. In alignment with the recommendations of National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The scheme is targeted at all non-literates of age 15 years and above.  The scheme is to be implemented through volunteerism. The learners will be encouraged to excess the content in local languages in online mode through DIKSHA platform in NCERT. Government/Aided schools registered under UDISE are the units of implementation of the scheme which are run by the State/UT Governments. As a part of this we program we   distributed the learning materials like pencil, chock piece and duster to the teachers who will teach to the illiterate people in the village under the government scheme Nava Bharat Saksharata program. We searched the names of the persons nominated and filled their application form. It was a new experience for me. By this survey I got to know the

 Celebration 🥹🎂🫶🏻 Students celebrated my belated birthday surprisingly prepared their own cake🎂 with using bread, chocolate and cherry and wrote my name on that, due to unavailability of buses to bring the cake, it was very special day for me they used their creativity while doing the cake, when we joined the fellowship our aim is to make students to think critically by doing some activities and experiments by asking critical thinking questions. Here also they have used for me it was unexpected 🫶🏻. Words are not enough to express my feelings on my students. I always grateful for their love, care towards me ❤️ and also gave gifts, they made my day very special. I am gonna miss these beautiful souls very badly in future 🥹. I am truly blessed to have such a loving students in my Teaching journey.....

 C-H-I-L-D-H-O-O-D Memories💝  In a free time i went to visit and spend some time with nali-kali students, Now the students are free to play and to enjoy because they have completed exams. In a break time they playing some activities which we have did in our childhood days. they are  playing as a elder one's on the bases of their Daily routine like attending the classes and becoming teacher 👩🏻‍🏫asking questions as their teacher asks, making kitchen preparing food, and showing their creativeness using soil and flowers that bring back us to remember our childhood days 🖤 where we do and play such things. It our pleasure to see those kids as a Teacher.  

                                                         ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆಟ ಎಂ ಪಿ ಎಸ್ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿಯಾಗಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆಟವನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ನೆನಪು ಸುಂದರ ಇಂದು ನಾನು ನಮ್ಮ ಏಳನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬ್ಯಾಡ್ಮಿಂಟನ್ ಆಟವನ್ನು ಆಡಿದ್ದು ತುಂಬಾ ಸುಂದರ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಗುಂಪುಗಳಾಗಿ ವಿಂಗಡಿಸಿ ಆಟ ಆಡಿದವು ಅದೊಂದು ಸುಂದರ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಆಟವಾಡುವುದು ಎಂದರೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಇಷ್ಟ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಖೋ,ಖೋ ಕಬಡ್ಡಿ ವಾಲಿಬಾಲ್ ಥ್ರೂ ಬಾಲ್ ಬಾಲ್ ಕೇರಂ, ಲಗೋರಿ ಚಿನ್ನಿದಾಂಡು, ಇಂತಹ ಆಟಗಳನ್ನು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಬಹಳ ಇಷ್ಟಪಟ್ಟು ಆಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂತಹ ಸುಂದರವಾದ ಆಟಗಳು ತುಂಬಾ ಇಷ್ಟ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರವಾಗಿ ಸ್ವಯಿಚ್ಛೆಯಿಂದ ತಮಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟ ಬಂದಂತಹ ಆಟಗಳನ್ನು ಆಡಬೇಕು ಇದು ಅವರಿಗೂ ಆನಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂತೋಷ ಇವತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಬ್ಯಾಡ್ಮಿಂಟನ್ ಆಟದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಮಯ ತುಂಬಾ ಸುಂದರ ವರ್ಣಿಸಲಾಗದ ಗಳಿಗೆ. ಪಾಠಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಆಟವನ್ನು ತುಂಬಾ ಇಷ್ಟಪಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಆಟದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪಾಠ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಉತ್ತಮ ಮತ್ತು ಇದು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಗಮನವನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕಡೆ  ಸೆಳೆಯುತ್ತದೆ ಅವರ ಪುಟ್ಟ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲದ ಗೌರವ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೀತಿಯು ಕೂಡ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವುದು.                       

                                                ನನ್ನ ವಿಶೇಷ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು                              ನಾನು ಕೆಲವು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ತುಂಬಾ ನೋಡ್ತೀನಿ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ವಿಶೇಷ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆಟದಲ್ಲೂ ಪಾಠದಲ್ಲೂ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ಮುಂದೆ ಇರುವರು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಾಂತೇಶ ಮಸೂತಿ ,ಕಿರಣ್ ಕಲ್ಲೂರ್, ಮಾಂತೇಶ್ ಮೊರಬ ನಾಗರಾಜ್ ನಾಯ್ಕರ್, ನಿಖಿಲ್ ಕಾಗಿ, ಸಿದ್ದನಗೌಡ ಪಾಟೀಲ್, ಧನರಾಜ್  ಸೋಗಿ, ನಿರಂಜನ್ ಇವರೆಲ್ಲ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ವಿಶೇಷ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ವಿಶೇಷ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯದಿಂದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಸೆಳೆಯುವಂತಹ ಗುಣವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದವರು. ಓದಲು ಬರೆಯಲು ಆಟವಾಡಲು ಪಟ್ಟೆತರ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಇವರ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಸಾಧನೀಯ ಇವರು ಆಟಕ್ಕೂ ಸೈ ಇಂತಹ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಾನು ನೋಡಿರುವ ಉತ್ತಮ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಇವರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಖಿಲ್ ಕಾಗಿ ಎಂಬ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಧೈರ್ಯವಂತ ಯಾವುದಕ್ಕೂ ನಾನು ಹಿಂದೆ ಸರಿಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ನಿಲುವು ಇವನಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ನೋಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಕಿರಣ್ ಕಲ್ಲೂರ್ ಇವನು ಹಿಡಿದ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡದೇ ಬಿಡುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯಲ್ಲ ತನ್ನ ಛಲದಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ತನ್ನತ್ತ ತಿರುಗಿ ನೋಡುವಂತಹ ಸಾಧನೆಯ ಶಿಖರವನ್ನು ಏಳನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಮಗು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದೆ ಅದಂತು ಅಪಾರ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನದಿಂದ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತುಂಬಾ ಆಟದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪಾಠವನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯಲು ಇಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಂದು ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮಕ್ಕ

                                                       C-R-E-A-T-I-V-I-T-Y🥳                                 Creativity is  the ability to make or otherwise bring into existence something new, whether a new solution to a problem, a new method or device, or a new artistic object or form. Today I have seen the creativeness in my students where they prepared the scientist chart by using sketch and waste materials , this thing made them thing that will create their own interest , today the students count was very less so i told them to do something new that makes proud , so they decided to prepare the charts of scientist and their inventions.

                                     My 5th standard students will practices the multiplication tables in that students will choose their best friend they will combined and read the tables. They will happily read. Paired reading will help the student. 

                  My 5th standard students are written the Board exam. Firstly they will written Kannada exam on Monday, 2nd exam is English they will written well. 2 exams were postponed in that students will lose hope they will suffer.

  In our school we celebrate Saraswati puja very well . all students involved in that function . function went very well . Morning we did Saraswati pooja  after that sing a prayer  songs  by students . after that 8th students share experience in our school very well. after that i also Speech about Awareness about exam after that all teacher also speech . function went very well .  After lunch all students to ready for photo shoot its went very well .after that students share vote of thanks for teachers .

                           ಕ್ರಿಯಾತ್ಮಕ  ನಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಗುಣ.                     ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಬಿಳ್ಕೊಡುವ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ಕವನಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು ಆ ಕವನಗಳು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಗುಣಗಳನ್ನು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ರೀತಿ ಅವರು ಪಾಠವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಅದರ ಅನ್ವಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಮಾತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕವನಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ದೇವರ ಸಮಾನ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ನೋಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂಬುದಕ್ಕೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮಾಡಿದ ಭಾಷಣ ಅಥವಾ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡ ಅನುಭವಗಳು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿ ನಿಂತಿವೆ. ಅವರು ಆ ಏಳು ವರ್ಷ ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಗೆ ಕಳೆದರೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಮಹತ್ವವೇನು ಅವರು ಕಲಿಸುವ ಪಾಠದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಪುಟ್ಟ ಪುಟ್ಟ ಸಾಲುಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಮುದ ನೀಡುವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು" ಬೆಳೆಯುವ ಸಿರಿ ಮೊಳಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ" ಎಂಬ ಮಾತಿನಂತೆ ಮೂರ್ತಿ ಚಿಕ್ಕದಾದರೂ ಕೀರ್ತಿ ದೊಡ್ಡದು ಎನ್ನುವ ಗಾದೆಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಏಳನೇ ವರ್ಗದ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ತರದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅವರ ತರಗತಿಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಏಳು ವರ್ಷದ ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಸಹ ಭಾಷಣದ ಮೂಲಕ ತಮ್ಮ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನ ಭಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಮುಗ್ಧವಾದ ಗುರು ಮಾತೆಯ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯನ್ನು ತ
