Sachetan Activity – Tooka Tiliyona

As part of the Sachetan Activity – Tooka Tiliyona, our students actively participated in a creative learning session. They prepared a simple weight machine using takkadi (balance) and practiced different measurement units. Through this activity, children not only learned the concept of weights and measurements in a practical way but also enjoyed working together as a team.

The excitement on their faces while experimenting and checking balance showed how effectively learning can happen through doing. This hands-on experience helped them connect classroom knowledge with real-life applications, making the lesson both meaningful and memorable.

Children’s Day Celebration at GHPS Lokur On 14th November, we joyfully celebrated Children’s Day at GHPS Lokur. The entire school campus was filled with excitement, laughter, and a festive spirit as our students gathered to honor this special day dedicated to childhood and learning. We began the celebration with a pooja for Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, lovingly known as Chacha Nehru, whose birthday is celebrated as Children’s Day across the country. His deep affection for children and his vision for education continue to inspire us even today. ಸರಕಾರಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆ ಕನವಿಹೊನ್ನಪುರ ಕಸದಿಂದ ರಸ ಕಸದಿಂದ ರಸ ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆರು ಮತ್ತು 5ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಬೇಡವಾದಂತ ವಸ್ತುಗಳಿಂದ ಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಕೈಗಳಿಂದ ತಯಾರಿಸಿ ತಂದಿದ್ದರು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವು ರೀತಿಯ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದಿದ್ದರು ಏನೆಂದರೆ ಪೆನ್ನಿನ ಬಾಕ್ಸ್ ,ಬಾಟಲಿನಿಂದ ಫ್ಯಾನ್, ಹೂವಿನ ಕುಂಡಲಿ ಹೀಗೆ ಹಲವು ರೀತಿಯ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದಿದ್ದರು ಇದನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಸಹ ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ನನಗೂ ಸಹ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಕಂಡು ತುಂಬಾ ಸಂತೋಷವಾಯಿತು ಹೀಗೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹಲವು ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಲು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹದವಾಯಿತು ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು.....

ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಕನ್ನಡ ರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವ ಆಚರಣೆ – ಸ್ಮರಣೀಯ ದಿನ 🌟 ಇಂದು ಸರಕಾರಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆ ಲೋಕೂರ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಭಕ್ತಿ, ಉತ್ಸಾಹ ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯಿಂದ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 7:30ಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದೆ. ದಿನದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಗೆ ತಯಾರಿ ಮಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಮೊದಲು ನಾವು ಪೂಜೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಿ, ದೇವರ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದದೊಂದಿಗೆ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಶುರು ಮಾಡಿದೆವು. ನಂತರ ನಾನು ದಿನದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಂದುವಂತೆ ಬೋರ್ಡ್ ಬರೆಯುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡೆ. ಪೂಜೆ ನಂತರ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಆರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. ಇಂದಿನ ದಿನದ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಕ್ಷಣ ಎಂದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ 7ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಸ್ವತಃ ಯೋಜಿಸಿ, ನೇತೃತ್ವ ವಹಿಸಿ, ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದರು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಇರುವುದಿದ್ದರೂ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ, ಶಿಸ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ನಾಯಕತ್ವವು ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ಶ್ಲಾಘನೀಯ. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ನಾಡಗೀತೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗೀತೆ ಯನ್ನು ಹೇಳುವುದರ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಭಾಷಣಗಳು, ಕನ್ನಡ ನಾಡನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡುವ ಗೀತೆಗಳು, ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವದ ಕುರಿತು ...
