A Proud Moment on National Science Day

On the occasion of National Science Day, our school experienced a very proud and memorable moment. A student from our school who was selected for the prestigious Raman Award at the national level was honored by our school staff. Along with the student, I was also felicitated for guiding and supporting him on this journey. It was a heart-touching moment for both of us. The Head Teacher, my fellow teachers, and all the staff members appreciated the hard work, dedication, and passion behind this achievement. Seeing the happiness and pride on everyone’s faces made the moment even more special. This recognition was not just an award for one student, but a proud achievement for our entire school. It reminded us that with proper guidance, encouragement, and determination, our rural students can also reach great heights.

Exploring Three-Dimensional Shapes

During the mathematics class, we taught students about three-dimensional (3D) shapes. The teacher explained different shapes such as cube, cuboid, cylinder, cone, and sphere using models. Students observed the shapes carefully and asked questions. Using models made the lesson more interesting and helped students understand the concept easily. The activity created curiosity among the students and increased their interest in learning mathematics. 📐

Future Scientists in Action

On February 27, we celebrated National Science Day (India) in our school with great enthusiasm. The program was very informative and inspiring for all the students. Two of our students actively participated in the celebration and presented their ideas confidently. During the program, students delivered a speech about C. V. Raman, explaining his discoveries and contributions to science. They also spoke about the inspiring journey of Vanita Mutha and her achievements in the field of science. Teachers and guests appreciated the students for their efforts and encouraged everyone to develop curiosity and interest in science. The celebration made the day meaningful and motivated students to learn more about scientific discoveries.
