For 4th class, I made two groups A and B . every time students should talk using mike only .the purpose of using this technique is every students will carefully listen others opinion and there is a less chance of making noise in the classroom . And also this will helps students to actively participate in class competitions .
Sitting with students and discussing with them will really help us to connect with Childrens .
