Meditation at school

  In my classroom I helped my students to do meditation .Meditation will helps to relax and keeps our mind calm .So for my students also I took meditation after completion of the exam so that they get relaxed and  felt free . It will  help my students to get tension free mind and and boost their energy to do upcoming works and they can easily focus on next work or plan.  

My students follows my instructions and do meditation to get peaceful mind. It built confidence , helps to gain a new perspective on stressful situations , increases imagination  creativity , patience and tolerance . By doing meditation students will focus on present situation . And also reduces negative emotions .
