Need of one - on - one call....!!!

 An Effective one-on-one conversations with students  can help us to  build a  trust and collaboration with our  students . One-on-one conversations give teachers the opportunity to: Discover student goals and challenges. Understand our students  and their  moral.

In my classroom also I used one on one call to know more about each and every students. I will check their problem solving ability and reading level. Also I will discuss about their family along with this we their aim of life. I will conduct one on one call whenever it is needed.

                                              TPL - Teachers Premier League🏆🏆 The day has to start with some positivity, that positivity will build in team. For that sake this week we did TPL I. e Teachers premier League, where all teachers staff played cricket with the students, it was really fun time to all the staff where their mind is structed with lot of works related to the exams, so this week we got much time to care for ourselves.  This time made me very happy because I remembered my childhood days where our cousins gang use to play the cricket when 🌞🏖️ summer comes.  Every Teacher should build some hobbies like playing outdoor games this will help them to take a break and releases stress.
