On Feb-4 , I conducted test for 4th std . After completion of every lesson I am conducting test for 15 marks . The purpose of taking assessments is to know how much students understood the lesson and also to find out their level of learning. Assessments helped me to improve myself as well as students also , because by knowing students marks I can improve my teaching more better . And also I can easily find out some students who are not getting my teaching .
I am taking weekly one or two test to check their understanding also find out my area of Improvements in teaching . I decided to take assessments every week to my childrens .
