Meditation

 On Saturday I told my students to do meditation . Meditation helps students to  get peaceful mind and also helps our health and wellbeing . It allows my students to become more objective about themselves .Some of my students told me that  after reading a lesson I forget everything, so I suggest them to do meditation for 10min daily so that your memory power will becomes more stronger.
