Taking ownership is not just a quality, it is an responsibility. We all have the quality to take ownership or leadership but we just need an opportunity to show that. I got few such opportunities to show myself that how good am I in taking ownership. I just got that I am not bad in taking ownership and doing or completing it with the proper paperwork. So everyone should build the quality of taking ownership in themselves to do the works in better way.😊

Today was one such day for me. When I entered the school, I realized that many students had not come. Only 11 students were present in the class. For a moment, I felt sad and disappointed because I always look forward to seeing all my students together, learning and growing. Their absence created a quiet atmosphere that I wasn’t used to.
