 Protein Test 🧪

For 6th class students I did experiment on protein test🧪on different food ingredients in that I used wheat flour, milk, lemon juice, tested the presence of protein based on their color changes to purple. Students were observed the test using chemicals NaOH,Cuso4 as a indicators. Also 7th class students came and observed the protein test. 6th class students wrote the observation note. My Co-teacher observed and got good response from them it was my happiest moment.
