TLM - A tool to effective teaching

            Teaching learning materials are one of the very useful tool for the effective teaching. We always use different kind of TLM in my classrooms. Recently I have created these TLM's which will be very helpful to learn English effectively. And these charts will also allow the slow learners to learn English in the structured manner. And while preparing the TLM, I felt that we should prepare and use more and more such TLM to reach the more students with the good learnings.

  A Day of Mixed Emotions in the Classroom               Teaching is a journey filled with different emotions every day. Some days begin with excitement and energy, while others start with unexpected challenges. Today was one such day for me.           When I entered the school, I realized that many students had not come. Only 11 students were present in the class. For a moment, I felt sad and disappointed because I always look forward to seeing all my students together, learning and growing.
