I belives that learning with our peers will helps us to learn easily . It makes us more comfortable and feels free . So that in my classroom I used peer learning . I made groups of 3 members . Here 2 students should teach the 1 students. I saw that students really took the ownership to teach them and also they showed their performance on the board.

ಸರಕಾರಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆ ಕನವಿಹೊನ್ನಪುರ ಕಸದಿಂದ ರಸ ಕಸದಿಂದ ರಸ ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆರು ಮತ್ತು 5ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಬೇಡವಾದಂತ ವಸ್ತುಗಳಿಂದ ಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಕೈಗಳಿಂದ ತಯಾರಿಸಿ ತಂದಿದ್ದರು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವು ರೀತಿಯ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದಿದ್ದರು ಏನೆಂದರೆ ಪೆನ್ನಿನ ಬಾಕ್ಸ್ ,ಬಾಟಲಿನಿಂದ ಫ್ಯಾನ್, ಹೂವಿನ ಕುಂಡಲಿ ಹೀಗೆ ಹಲವು ರೀತಿಯ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದಿದ್ದರು ಇದನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಸಹ ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ನನಗೂ ಸಹ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಕಂಡು ತುಂಬಾ ಸಂತೋಷವಾಯಿತು ಹೀಗೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹಲವು ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಲು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹದವಾಯಿತು ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು.....
