Filling Morality in children.....

Moral education is important for every students . It doesn't stop at any age . Moral education is essential throughout the life journey . “The essential thing is not knowledge, but character,” so teachers need to make their lesson plans with adding morals in the topic so that students will learn the morals daily. The power of our actions and investment into the moral and ethical education of students will pay dividends because you create more than knowledge; you arm students with the power of goodness and kindness.

In our school we are giving moral education through our daily lesson plans and also by distributing morals books available in libraries . So that everyday students will learn moral stories and they reflect on it after reading the stories. Also teachers will help them to apply those morals in classroom as well as in their life .

Paper Boat – An Activity Based on Poetry The students of 5th standard participated in a creative classroom activity based on the poem “The Paper Boat” written by Rabindranath Tagore. To understand the poem better, students made paper boats using their own unique ideas. On this day, Mr. Vijay visited the class and observed the session. He appreciated the students’ creativity and the innovative paper boats they had made. The poem was explained in Kannada, which helped the students clearly understand its meaning. The students enjoyed the activity and showed great interest in the lesson. The session made learning joyful, creative, and meaningful.
