                                                Community Development Project🤩

                                community development as "It is a  project where community members come together to take collective action and generate solutions to common problems." It is a broad concept, applied to the practices of involved citizens, and professionals to improve various aspects of communities, typically aiming to build stronger and more resilient local communities.

I have chosen 6 months duration to complete the project of CD , It was very nice experiment with my students where I have covered so many things in this 6 months journey. I have chosen STEM Lab where from this project I can find the good leaders and well disciplined students got out.

I can see lot of improvement in the students behavior's and monitoring the classes also. The Things that covering the stem lab will include the good establishment in the project.

                                              TPL - Teachers Premier League🏆🏆 The day has to start with some positivity, that positivity will build in team. For that sake this week we did TPL I. e Teachers premier League, where all teachers staff played cricket with the students, it was really fun time to all the staff where their mind is structed with lot of works related to the exams, so this week we got much time to care for ourselves.  This time made me very happy because I remembered my childhood days where our cousins gang use to play the cricket when 🌞🏖️ summer comes.  Every Teacher should build some hobbies like playing outdoor games this will help them to take a break and releases stress.
