                    We attended Mahesh Masala sir Session on 2nd January   Mahesh Mashal sir (Human Mind set expert trainer) session on Listen-Learn-Lead.  Morning program was started, Before start the program our teachers sing prayer song then played Vidyaposhak introduction song in that song it involved all Vidyaposhak program. Then Mahesh mashal sir took the session told how to create good bond with students and also he told role of parents in student’s life.  Sir gave few real examples of the students life in nowadays it was heart touching stories.  Sir sings English songs and energizes the teachers. All teachers understood their concepts with full attention. Sir told few suggestions to the teacher like Stop-Look-Proceed then you will get success in teaching.  All teachers not gave told chapters but also told how to lead life and moral stories to the students it will help them in critical situations. ...

       On 31st December I took group photo with students because that day is last day in 2024. I took photo with Nali Kali students other students also joined and they felt very happy.  Express their happiness in front of me. Every day is special but some movements are very special i think it was my best movement and best photo with my sweet students. That day other students went to school trip so these students mis that trip, I think all students happy after took this photo. 5th class students very closed with me they greet beautiful New year wishes to me in Advance.  Then all students wished me advance "happy new year".   Today went very well.  Today I got unforgettable memories in my school with my students. Thank you... 

            On 1st January we visited Shirasi Marikamaba school.  We saw the STEM lab it means Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics.  First  school teachers welcomed us beautifully.  Then Sir gave small introduction about STEM lab and also sir was Vdiayposhak students they proud Vidya Poshak. Then K.L.Bhatt sir told the importance of STEM lab. Then madam explained concepts one by one, we all know about new concepts our Vidyaposhak teachers also asks their doubts and they also explained what they are know about that concepts. it went very well. After 3 school teachers came and they felt very happy then they are explained Math's concepts. After Biology concept explained by Vidyaposhak teachers very well.  Totally we all learned new concepts, we are also adopt this type of STEM lab in our schools.     Thank you...
