GHPS Mangalagatti                            Every day, one student shared a story in the class. I provided story cards to the students. Using these cards, the students narrated the stories very neatly and confidently. After  each story, I asked topic-related questions to the students. They listened carefully and answered the questions very well. This activity helped improve their listening, speaking, and thinking skills. I  appreciated the students for their good performance and active participation. As encouragement, I awarded one star to the students. The activity created a joyful and interactive learning environment in the classroom. Thank you

GHPS  MANGALAGATTI  Today, my 5th class students prepared charts related to English and VES subjects. The students selected different topics from their lessons and presented them in a creative way using colors, pictures and keywords. Students worked in groups and cooperated well with their classmates. This activity helped them improve their reading skills, vocabulary, subject understanding, creativity, and teamwork. Students explained their charts confidently in front of the class. All the students actively participated and displayed their charts confidently. The chart preparation activity was very useful and enjoyable for the students. thank you.

               A parents’ meeting was organized by the Vidya Poshak organization. Many parents participated in the meeting. During the meeting, parents discussed their children’s handwriting, academic progress, and learning levels with the school teachers. The objectives and activities of the Vidya Poshak organization were clearly explained by the organization’s teacher, Ms. Aishwarya. All the parents extended their cooperation and support, which helped in successfully completing the parents’ meeting.  

                     As part of Mathematics Day celebrations, a mathematics exhibition was organised in the Government Higher Primary School. Students actively participated in the exhibition by displaying mathematical models of their choice and explaining them in detail. Each student confidently described the material they had prepared. All the students took part in the programme with great enthusiasm and happiness. The exhibition was also attended by village elders and members of the School Development and Monitoring Committee (SDMC), who encouraged and appreciated the students.

My Students’ Art An art competition was organized by Akshara Foundation, where students were asked to draw creative pictures that looked like avatars related to the activity. I encouraged my students to participate, and they prepared beautiful and imaginative drawings. The students showed great interest and worked with enthusiasm. Their creativity, effort, and presentation were truly impressive. I felt very happy and proud to see their wonderful artwork and active participation. This activity helped students express their imagination, improve their drawing skills, and boosted their confidence.

ವೀರ ಬಾಲ ದಿವಸ್ ಆಚರಣೆ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 26ರಂದು ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವೀರ ಬಾಲ ದಿವಸ್ವನ್ನು ಗೌರವದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಬಂಧ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ತಮ್ಮ ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸದಿಂದ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ವೇಳೆ ನಾನು ಮತ್ತು ನನ್ನ ಸಹಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಸೇರಿ ವೀರ ಬಾಲ ದಿವಸ್ ಏಕೆ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಗುರು ಗೋಬಿಂದ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಜಿಯವರ ಧೈರ್ಯಶಾಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಾದ ಸಾಹಿಬ್ಜಾದಾಗಳ ತ್ಯಾಗ ಮತ್ತು ವೀರತೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸುವ ದಿನವೇ ವೀರ ಬಾಲ ದಿವಸ್. ಈ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರಿಂದ 2022ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತಿವರ್ಷ ಈ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಕೇಳಿ, ಧೈರ್ಯ, ದೇಶಪ್ರೇಮ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಸ್ತಿನ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಅರಿತುಕೊಂಡರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸಿತು.

ಗಣಿತ ಮೇಳ – ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಉತ್ಸವ ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣಿತ ಮೇಳವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. 1ರಿಂದ 7ನೇ ತರಗತಿ ತನಕದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ವಿವಿಧ ರೀತಿಯ ಗಣಿತ ಮಾದರಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಸೃಜನಶೀಲತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. ಕೆಲ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಗಣಿತ ಮಾದರಿಗಳನ್ನು ತುಂಬಾ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು, ಇದರಿಂದ ಅವರ ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಷಯದ ಅರಿವು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿತು. ಉತ್ತಮವಾಗಿ ಸಾದರಪಡಿಸಿದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಹುಮಾನಗಳನ್ನು ವಿತರಿಸಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಗಣಿತ ಮೇಳವು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣಿತದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ, ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಮತ್ತು practically learning ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪಡಿಸಲು ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಯಿತು. ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆಯಾಗಿ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ನೆರವೇರಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಸ್ಮರಣೀಯ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಅನುಭವವಾಯಿತು.

                      ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಸಭೆ ನಮ್ಮ GHPS ದೇವರಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಶಾಲೆ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ದೊರೆತ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವರಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ವಿಶೇಷ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಸಭೆ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಮೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಶಾಲಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ PDO ಸರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಹನ ನಡೆಸಿ, ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳು, ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದರು. ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಹತ್ವ ನೀಡಿ, ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದಾಗಿ ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮಡಮ್ ಬಾಲ್ಯವಿವಾಹದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸಿ, ಅದರ ಹಾನಿಕಾರಕ ಪರಿಣಾಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾನೂನುಬದ್ಧ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಇದರಿಂದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿತು. ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆಯಾಗಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಸಭೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ, ಜಾಗೃತಿದಾಯಕ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಧೈರ್ಯ, ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಹಾಗೂ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿತ್ವವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುವಂತಹ ಉತ್ತಮ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಾಯಿತು.

              Our students made a beautiful model of a small town using creative ideas. The model shows buildings, houses, a bus stand, and well-planned roads with proper markings. Trees, a park, and open spaces are added to highlight greenery and cleanliness. It also explains traffic rules and safe road crossings in a simple way. Students worked together with great teamwork and interest. This activity helped them learn town planning practically. The model made learning enjoyable and meaningful.  Thank you

                    In our school, we conducted Math Day to make learning mathematics fun and interesting. Students participated actively in different activities and games related to maths. They showed great enthusiasm while solving problems and working in teams. The event helped students understand that maths is enjoyable and useful in daily life. GHPS Mangalagatti Today, I conducted a CD session for the combined classes of 5th, 6th, and 7th standards. In this session, I explained the topics Parts of Speech and Articles. I used the smart board to teach the concepts, which helped the students to understand the topics quickly and clearly. the explanation, I conducted activity-based learning to reinforce the concepts. Students actively participated in the activities and showed great interest. Later, I asked questions related to the topics, and students answered confidently and correctly. Overall, the session was very interactive, and the students’ response was very good. Through this session, I learned how to manage students effectively. GHPS MANGALAGATTI  ಇಂದು ನಾನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ “ಆಕಾಶ” ಅಧ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಆಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಗಾತ್ರ, ಭೂಮಿಯ ಚಲನಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಹಗಲು–ರಾತ್ರಿ ಉಂಟಾಗುವ ಕಾರಣಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸರಳ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿದೆ. ದಿನನಿತ್ಯದ ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದ ಕಾರಣ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಪಾಠವನ್ನು ಆಲಿಸಿದರು.ಭೂಮಿಯ ಹಗಲು–ರಾತ್ರಿ ಹೇಗೆ ಉಂಟಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸುವಾಗ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕುತೂಹಲದಿಂದ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳು ಕೇಳಿದರು. ಅವರ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡುತ್ತಾ ಪಾಠವನ್ನು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಜೊತೆಗೆ, ಸೌರಮಂಡಲದ ಗ್ರಹಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಒಂದು  ವೀಡಿಯೋವನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತೋರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ವೀಡಿಯೋ ಮೂಲಕ ಗ್ರಹಗಳ ಹೆಸರುಗಳು, ಅವುಗಳ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶೇಷತೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು. ದೃಶ್ಯ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದ ಬಳಕೆಯಿಂದ ಪಾಠ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಕಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿತು.ಪಾಠದ ಅಂತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಳಲಾದ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸರಿಯಾದ ಉತ್ತರಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು. ಈ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯವು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಕುರಿತ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿತು. A Day Full of Joy with My Little Students Today was one of those days that remind me why teaching is such a special journey. I organized a fun activity for my younger students, asking them to bring kitchen utensils, rice, flowers, leaves, and a few more simple items. It was incredible to see how excited they were to participate. Together, we created something simple yet magical, and the joy on their little faces made every effort worthwhile.            We played games that had them laughing and running around, their happiness completely contagious. I conducted a Math Day–related competition focused on creating Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs) , and the response from my students was absolutely wonderful. My students came up with beautiful and creative TLMs , each one reflecting their hard work, understanding, and imagination. Seeing their efforts made me feel extremely happy and proud.   Sparking Curiosity Through Math:  A Heartwarming Experience There’s something magical about seeing students get genuinely curious and excited about learning. Recently, I decided to explore this magic through Mathematics TLMs (Teaching Learning Materials). I suggested to my students that they create simple TLMs, like using weights or a clock, to better understand math concepts. To my delight, they followed my idea and prepared their materials the very next day! Watching their creativity and effort unfold was truly heartwarming. We also celebrated a belated Math Day, and the students prepared a variety of math-related TLMs. Even the little ones participated enthusiastically. There were no prizes, no competitions—they didn’t do it for recognition. They simply wanted to make me happy. The joy and pride on their faces were beyond words.   WWF ನ ಮಿಷನ್ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಸಿರು ಸಂಪುಟ ಎಂಬ ಒಂದನೇ ಮೈಲಿಗಲ್ಲುನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಮೂಹಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು  ಈ ಮಿಷನ್ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯು 4 ಮೈಲುಗಲ್ಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು ವಿವಿಧ ರೀತಿಯ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ ಇದೊಂದು ಪರಿಸರ ಸ್ನೇಹಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿದ್ದು ನಮ್ಮ ಹಿರಿಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಂತೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒಗ್ಗೂಡಿಸಿ ನಾನು ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಅಥಿತಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಮೊದಲ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಯನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಇದೊಂದು ನನ್ನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ವೃತ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಅನುಭವವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಿಂದ ನಿಭಾಯಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆಂದು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಕೈ ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದೀಡೇನೆ.

 ಬಾಲ್ಯ ವಿವಾಹ ನಿಷೇಧ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 2006 ಬಾಲ್ಯ ವಿವಾಹವು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಭವಿಷ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾನಿಕಾರಕವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ತಡೆಯಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಬಾಲ್ಯ ವಿವಾಹ ನಿಷೇಧ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ–2006 ಅನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದಿದೆ. ಈ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಂತೆ 18 ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಹುಡುಗಿಯರ ಹಾಗೂ 21 ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಹುಡುಗರ ವಿವಾಹ ಕಾನೂನುಬಾಹಿರವಾಗಿದೆ. ಬಾಲ್ಯ ವಿವಾಹದಿಂದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಯ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಒತ್ತಡ ಉಂಟಾಗುತ್ತವೆ. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಜ್ಞೆ ಮಾಡುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಲ್ಯ ವಿವಾಹದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಇಂತಹ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತ ಸಮಾಜ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಗುತ್ತವೆ.

  Paper Boats and Children’s Dreams          In the English subject, there is a beautiful poem about paper boats that reflects a little girl’s dreams and goals. While teaching this poem, I wanted my students not only to understand the lesson but also to connect with it emotionally. So, I gave them a small but meaningful activity.        I asked my students to prepare paper boats and write their own goals and aims on them. The response was truly wonderful. The children created paper boats with great creativity and enthusiasm. They decorated them using flowers, colors, and different designs. On each paper boat, they carefully wrote their names, addresses, and most importantly, their goals and dreams for the future.  This activity turned the classroom into a space filled with imagination, hope, and excitement.   How an Attendance Tracker Changed My Classroom As a teacher, one of my biggest goals is to help students develop regular attendance habits. To improve my students’ attendance percentage, I decided to prepare a simple attendance tracker and introduce it in my classroom. When I presented the tracker to my students, their reaction was heartwarming. They felt happy, excited, and motivated. I took time to explain why coming to school every day is important and how their daily presence helps them learn better and grow more confident.              The community development class was conducted with the topic Reading English Sentences . Students were divided into different groups and each group was given a different topic. The students prepared their work with their own ideas and creativity. All the students spoke confidently in English during their presentation.               This moment shows the beauty of childhood and true friendship. One student brought a house model prepared at home, and another student brought colours to paint it. Together, they shared ideas, helped each other, and turned the model into a colourful creation. It reflects a lovely bond of friendship, cooperation, and creativity. Such memories remind us that childhood life is truly a golden and joyful phase. 💛🎨    I really happy because they are sharing their things each other.               The students observed a beehive carefully and learned about its structure. They noticed that the beehive is made of hexagonal cells arranged neatly. The students understood that bees store honey safely in these cells. This activity helped them learn how nature uses smart and strong designs to save space and store food. It was an interesting and joyful learning experience for the students.    Our students were very happy because they saw the real hexagonal cells. they understood the concept very clearly. they ask some questions to me so i answered to them.  Thank you

 Home Visits: Engaging with Parents for Student Growth in  GHPS Lokur  School             On 17 th December 2025 , I had the opportunity to visit six homes as part of my educational outreach. At each house, I first introduced myself and then explained about Vidya Poshak, the initiative I am representing. My main goal was to discuss the progress and learning of their children and to engage parents in their academic journey.          During these visits, I noticed a variety of responses from parents. Many of them were supportive and appreciative, showing genuine interest in their children’s learning.   Building Bonds Through Reflection and Sharing: A Classroom Experience in  GHPS Lokur School           On 18 th December 2025 In my last class, I conducted a small debriefing session with my students. The main reason for this session was to address some misunderstandings that had arisen between friends. During this time, I guided my students to resolve their differences, encouraging them to communicate openly and honestly.           After resolving the misunderstandings, students were invited to share their learnings from the day, as well as funny and sad moments they experienced.   GHPS Lokur  School Community Development Project: Computer Awareness Program        As part of my Community Development Project, I selected Computer Awareness as the main topic. The objective of choosing this topic was to help students understand the importance of computers in today’s world and to develop basic digital knowledge that supports their education and daily life.        I conducted three sessions on computer awareness. During these sessions, students learned about the basic parts of a computer, an introduction to computers, and how and where computers are used, especially in the education system.   Today was a truly wonderful and meaningful day in my classroom. It was not just another school day, but a day filled with active learning, curiosity, and joy. My students learned new concepts in a fun and interactive way, which made the experience very special for both them and me. We used a  as part of our learning activity. Through this hands-on approach, students explored mathematical concepts like addition and multiplication . Instead of learning only from textbooks, they built numbers and equations using blocks. GHPS Mangalagatti                                ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಶಾರೀರಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಗಮನದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ವಿವಿಧ ಆಟಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾಗಿ ಇಂದು ಸ್ಕಿಪ್ಪಿಂಗ್ (Skipping Rope) ಆಟವನ್ನು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಆಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.ಈ ಆಟದಲ್ಲಿ 5ನೇ ತರಗತಿ ಮತ್ತು 3 ನೇ ತರಗತಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು. ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ನೀಡಲು ನಾನು ಸ್ವತಃ ಈ ಆಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದೆ. ನನ್ನ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಮೂರು ಮಂದಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಸಹ ಸ್ಕಿಪ್ಪಿಂಗ್ ಆಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದರು. ಇದು ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಉತ್ಸಾಹ ಮತ್ತು ಧೈರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿತು.ನಾನು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ 150 ಬಾರಿ ಸ್ಕಿಪ್ಪಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಮಾದರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಕೂಡ ತುಂಬಾ ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ, ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಸ್ತಿನಿಂದ ಸ್ಕಿಪ್ಪಿಂಗ್ ಆಡಿದರು. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಮಗು ತನ್ನ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡಿತು.ಸ್ಕಿಪ್ಪಿಂಗ್ ಆಟವನ್ನು ಮುಗಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಬಾರಿ ಸ್ಕಿಪ್ಪಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಅನುಭವ ನನಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಸಂತೋಷ ನೀಡಿತು. ಈ ಅನುಭವದಿಂದ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ನಾವು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರೂ ಸಹ ಆಟಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರೆ, ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಕಲಿಕೆ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಆನಂದಕರವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ...

 ನಿಜ ಜೀವನದ ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಪಾಠ.... ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಪಾಠವನ್ನು ನಿಜ ಜೀವನದ ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸಿದಾಗ ಅವರ ಗಮನ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಹಾಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು 6ನೇ ತರಗತಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ದೈನಂದಿನ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಸುವ ಬೇರ್ಪಡಿಸುವಿಕೆ ವಿಧಾನಗಳು ಎಂಬ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಪಾಠವನ್ನು ಬೋಧಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಪಾಠದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಬೇರ್ಪಡಿಸುವಿಕೆ ವಿಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಜ ಜೀವನದ ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿ, ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ವಿಧಾನದ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಸುವಿಕೆ ವಿಧಾನ ಒಂದಾಗಿದ್ದು, ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಕೆಲವು ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಸೋಸುವಿಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾದ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಇದರಿಂದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪಾಠದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ, ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಕಲಿತರು.

 “ಶನಿವಾರದ ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮದಿಂದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಜೀವನದತ್ತ ಒಂದು ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ.” ಪ್ರತಿ ಶನಿವಾರ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡನೇ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮವನ್ನು ನಿಯಮಿತವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಶಾರೀರಿಕ ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮದ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ದೈಹಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ, ಚುರುಕು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಸ್ತು ಬೆಳೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಸರಳ ಸ್ಟ್ರೆಚಿಂಗ್, ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲೇ ನಡೆಯುವ ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ತಂಡದ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಆನಂದದ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುತ್ತವೆ. ಶನಿವಾರದ ಈ ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮ ಅವಧಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಕ್ತಿ, ಏಕಾಗ್ರತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಒಟ್ಟು ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಋತುಮಾನಾದ ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಬೆಳೆಗಳ ಪರಿಚಯ 6ನೇ ತರಗತಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ “ಋತುಮಾನಾದ ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಬೆಳೆಗಳ ಪರಿಚಯ” ಎಂಬ ಸಚೇತನ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಋತುವಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಬೆಳೆಯುವ ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಳೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸುವುದಾಗಿತ್ತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕಾಗದದ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿ, ಗೋಧಿ, ಜೋಳ, ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಮುಂತಾದ ಬೆಳೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅವು ಬೆಳೆಯುವ ಋತುವಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅಲಂಕರಿಸಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. ಪ್ರತಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯ ಕೆಲಸವೂ ವಿಭಿನ್ನವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅವರ ಸೃಜನಶೀಲತೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿತು. ಈ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕೃಷಿ ಮತ್ತು ಋತುಚಕ್ರದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಅರಿತುಕೊಂಡರು. ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಂದ ತಯಾರಾದ ಈ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳು ನೋಡಲು ತುಂಬಾ ಸುಂದರವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ತರಗತಿಯ ವಾತಾವರಣವನ್ನು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಆಕರ್ಷಕವಾಗಿಸಿತು.

Paper Boat – An Activity Based on Poetry The students of 5th standard participated in a creative classroom activity based on the poem “The Paper Boat” written by Rabindranath Tagore. To understand the poem better, students made paper boats using their own unique ideas. On this day, Mr. Vijay visited the class and observed the session. He appreciated the students’ creativity and the innovative paper boats they had made. The poem was explained in Kannada, which helped the students clearly understand its meaning. The students enjoyed the activity and showed great interest in the lesson. The session made learning joyful, creative, and meaningful.
