Friday’s Learning Circle – Sankranti Sambrama

Friday’s Learning Circle – Sankranti Sambrama
On Friday, we conducted a Learning Circle for 7th standard students on the topic “Sankranti Sambrama” (Sankranti Celebration). The session aimed to make students aware of the cultural, social, and traditional significance of the festival.
During the session, students learned about the customs, rituals, and ways Sankranti is celebrated in different parts of the country. They actively shared their own experiences and ideas, discussed the importance of harvest festivals, and explored the festival’s educational and cultural values.
To make the session more interactive, students participated in activities, storytelling, and discussions, which encouraged them to express their thoughts confidently. Through this, they understood how festivals like Sankranti connect communities, promote cultural heritage, and teach valuable lessons.
Overall, Friday’s Learning Circle on Sankranti Sambrama was highly engaging, informative, and enjoyable, inspiring students to appreciate and celebrate our cultural traditions.
