People decorate their homes, prepare delicious traditional foods like sakkare pongal and ellu bella, and share happiness with family and friends.In our school, Sankranti was celebrated with fun activities, cultural programs, and kite flying, bringing students together in a spirit of excitement and learning. Students dressed in traditional attire, performed dances, and shared stories about the importance of the festival.The festival teaches us gratitude, sharing, and respect for nature. It reminds us to celebrate the fruits of hard work, enjoy family moments, and preserve our culture and traditions.Sankranti is more than just a festival it is a time when hearts are happy, smiles are bright, and the community comes together in harmony. The joy of kite flying, the aroma of festive foods, and the laughter of children make Sankranti a truly memorable celebration.💖

Paper Boat – An Activity Based on Poetry The students of 5th standard participated in a creative classroom activity based on the poem “The Paper Boat” written by Rabindranath Tagore. To understand the poem better, students made paper boats using their own unique ideas. On this day, Mr. Vijay visited the class and observed the session. He appreciated the students’ creativity and the innovative paper boats they had made. The poem was explained in Kannada, which helped the students clearly understand its meaning. The students enjoyed the activity and showed great interest in the lesson. The session made learning joyful, creative, and meaningful.

Parents meeting

A parents’ meeting was organized by the Vidya Poshak organization. Many parents participated in the meeting. During the meeting, parents discussed their children’s handwriting, academic progress, and learning levels with the school teachers. The objectives and activities of the Vidya Poshak organization were clearly explained by the organization’s teacher, Ms. Aishwarya. All the parents extended their cooperation and support, which helped in successfully completing the parents’ meeting.

ಪ್ರತಿಭಾ ಕಾರಂಜಿ – ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕನಸುಗಳಿಗೆ ವೇದಿಕೆ

GHPS Mangalagatti ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಿಹಿ ಸಾಧನೆ GHPS Lokur ನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಕ್ಲಸ್ಟರ್ ಲೆವೆಲ್ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾ ಕಾರಂಜಿಯನ್ನು ಹಬ್ಬದ ಸಂಭ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಹಲವಾರು ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಒಂದೇ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ ವಿವಿಧ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು ಹಾಡು, ನೃತ್ಯ, ಭಜನೆ, ಚಿತ್ರಕಲೆ, ಕಥೆ ಹೇಳುವಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಿಂಚಿದ ಕ್ಷಣಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ತಂದವು. ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಗಳ ಅಂತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹಲವಾರು ವಿಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಜಯ ಸಾಧಿಸಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಬಹುಮಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದರು. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಬಹುಮಾನ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದಾಗ ಅವರ ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಳೆದ ಮುದ್ದಾದ ನಗು ಎಲ್ಲರ ಹೃದಯ ಗೆದ್ದಿತು. thank you
