ನಮ್ಮ ನಾಡ ಹಬ್ಬ ದಸರಾ

On Tuesday I conducted the 1st day of my Dasara camp. We planned a theme of ನಮ್ಮ ನಾಡ ದಸರಾ ಉತ್ಸವ. Mysore Dasara is the Nadahabba(State festival) of our state. It is 10 day festival, starting with nine nights called Navaratri and the last day being Vijayadashami. First I welcomed all the students for the camp. I did an energiser activity i.e. action words. I make 4 groups one students from the group did the action of the word which I told. Remaining members of that group will guess that word. It was very nice all students enjoyed it. After that I explained about Dasara and Navaratri festival. Students watched the Mysore Dasara video and saw the pictures. Through this students understand about Dasara festival. After that I told them to make Elephant and Ambari using clay. Students are very curious to do the clay modelling. Students made Elephant and Ambari using the clay and decorated it with flowers. It was very nice. Students enjoyed it a lot. The first day of my Dasara camp went very well.

Paper Boat – An Activity Based on Poetry The students of 5th standard participated in a creative classroom activity based on the poem “The Paper Boat” written by Rabindranath Tagore. To understand the poem better, students made paper boats using their own unique ideas. On this day, Mr. Vijay visited the class and observed the session. He appreciated the students’ creativity and the innovative paper boats they had made. The poem was explained in Kannada, which helped the students clearly understand its meaning. The students enjoyed the activity and showed great interest in the lesson. The session made learning joyful, creative, and meaningful.

Positive teacher and Student Relationship

The Positive teacher and Student Relationship Session conducted by Navyashri Madam. Madam Started the Session with activity that was interesting and funny so all are enjoyed the activity. Then they thought about Qualities of Positive teacher and how to treat a students positively and All we shared our ideas of Positive teacher and They gave feedback . They thought about How to maintain Positive Relationship with Students and All we shared our Strategies and Some of new they thought. After that we ask our questions and get answers from them. Totally Session went well and they thought very interestingly and this very informative session for us.

I-n-t-e-r-a-c-t-i-o-n🗣️ Today Our mentor Manjunath VT sir visited my class with interns and he did an common interaction with all students of my 6th class where all students felt happy by seeing the sir and they are waiting for Manjunath sir for his presence . Interns also enjoyed the interaction of Manjunath sir and he gave star to the students who told correct answer to all the questions that he asked . they enjoyed the learnings that they gave. It was very nice experience with the students and the interns.
