Building Bonds Through Reflection and Sharing: A Classroom Experience

Building Bonds Through Reflection and Sharing: A Classroom Experience in  GHPS Lokur School

On 18 th December 2025 In my last class, I conducted a small debriefing session with my students. The main reason for this session was to address some misunderstandings that had arisen between friends. During this time, I guided my students to resolve their differences, encouraging them to communicate openly and honestly.

After resolving the misunderstandings, students were invited to share their learnings from the day, as well as funny and sad moments they experienced. This sharing session created a warm and open atmosphere in the classroom. Students felt heard, valued, and more connected to each other.

This experience was not only enjoyable for the students but also a new and meaningful experience for me as a teacher. It strengthened the bond between my students and me, promoting trust, empathy, and a sense of community in the classroom.

Overall, today’s session went very well. It reinforced the importance of addressing conflicts promptly, encouraging reflection, and fostering open communication. Experiences like these contribute to both personal and social growth, helping students develop emotional intelligence and stronger relationships with peers and teachers alike.

Thank you,

To understand the poem better, students made paper boats using their own unique ideas. On this day, Mr. Vijay visited the class and observed the session. He appreciated the students’ creativity and the innovative paper boats they had made. The poem was explained in Kannada, which helped the students clearly understand its meaning. The students enjoyed the activity and showed great interest in the lesson. The session made learning joyful, creative, and meaningful.

Sometimes, a new beginning starts quietly, with a calm mind, a hopeful heart, and the courage to move forward.New beginnings are like the early morning sun. Soft, gentle, and full of possibilities. They remind us that yesterday’s worries do not have the power to control today. Each day offers a fresh page, waiting for us to write our story with positivity and purpose.Good vibes are not about pretending life is perfect. They are about choosing peace over pressure, gratitude over complaints, and faith over fear. When we welcome good vibes into our lives, we invite happiness to grow naturally. A smile, a kind thought, a small effort — these little things slowly transform our days into beautiful memories.Happy days begin when we decide to let go of what weighs us down.
