Checking student understanding level

After taking math class i gave one problem for student to check their understanding level. some students solve the problem in one attempt but some students take more time and i gave hint for them to solve the problem. Fast learner will solve the problem quickly on board but slow learners are hesitate to come and solve the problem on board but we push them and didn't discourage them . We encourage and give hint for them to solve the problems then they came and solve the problems.

In my class most of the students didn't have fear about solve the problems on board they came and solve the problem then ask me it is correct or not . If that solution was not right then i give them hints to solve the problem then without any hesitation they solve the problem then whole class clap that student.

I follow this step because from this i will understand the students understanding level.

A Day of Mixed Emotions in the Classroom

A Day of Mixed Emotions in the Classroom               Teaching is a journey filled with different emotions every day. Some days begin with excitement and energy, while others start with unexpected challenges. Today was one such day for me.           When I entered the school, I realized that many students had not come. Only 11 students were present in the class. For a moment, I felt sad and disappointed because I always look forward to seeing all my students together, learning and growing. Their absence created a quiet atmosphere that I wasn’t used to.           However, I decided to turn the day into a positive experience for the students who were present. With enthusiasm and a smile, I continued teaching and encouraged the students to participate actively.          In the last period, I took my 4th and 5th class students to the school ground. We played fun and engaging...
