Meditation will helps us to maintain our mental health .It helps  to relieve stress, reduce anxiety, increase kindness, improve self-awareness and self-esteem. Also it helps to control emotional health. It is way of training our mind to focus and redirect our thoughts . For my students also I gave space to do meditation in the end of the class and in the middle of the classroom. So that students got stress free and feels very comfortable in the classroom. 

Meditation helps my students to get a peaceful mind and to focus on their work. They will get ready for the next class. Also they will learn discipline and control their emotions . Meditation is the best key to have energetic and peaceful classroom.
