This week Sachetana activities included the study of the five great oceans, which are the Pacific Ocean, Atlantic Ocean, Indian Ocean, Arctic Ocean, and the Southern Ocean. Each day, the students shared information about one ocean, explaining its significance, and they demonstrated it using a globe and map. This activity helped them learn about the vastness of our planet and the distinct features of each ocean.
Children’s Day Celebration at GHPS Lokur On 14th November, we joyfully celebrated Children’s Day at GHPS Lokur. The entire school campus was filled with excitement, laughter, and a festive spirit as our students gathered to honor this special day dedicated to childhood and learning. We began the celebration with a pooja for Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, lovingly known as Chacha Nehru, whose birthday is celebrated as Children’s Day across the country. His deep affection for children and his vision for education continue to inspire us even today.
