                                                                   In the last week I taught the chapter Transportation in animals and plants to 7th class students. In that I explained about the pulse rate and about the human heart. Students were very curious to know about the heart. Later students experienced their pulse rate. Later I explained about the human heart and  showed them the Stethoscope. I told them how to  to prepare the stethoscope using simple materials. After that all students checked their heart rate in the normal position and after exercise and compared with their friends. All the students enjoyed it a lot. Students experienced both heart rate and pulse rate.

                                              TPL - Teachers Premier League🏆🏆 The day has to start with some positivity, that positivity will build in team. For that sake this week we did TPL I. e Teachers premier League, where all teachers staff played cricket with the students, it was really fun time to all the staff where their mind is structed with lot of works related to the exams, so this week we got much time to care for ourselves.  This time made me very happy because I remembered my childhood days where our cousins gang use to play the cricket when 🌞🏖️ summer comes.  Every Teacher should build some hobbies like playing outdoor games this will help them to take a break and releases stress.
