💫"Witnessing the magic of learning unfold in Our Fellow's classroom.”👀

We just had the BEST teacher class observation.

It was so inspiring to see Our Fellows in action. They had the whole class engaged, learning, and even laughing

We visited our fellows' school to observe their classes, and this month we visited a total of 13 schools and observed 13 fellows' classes. All fellows are participating in the classes very actively and with great energy. The students are understanding the topics clearly due to the various activities, charts, songs, and stories that our fellows incorporate into their lessons. Additionally, in our fellows' classes, they include group activities and independent practices, and they introduce new materials.

At the beginning of each class, they conduct energizers and teach topics through different games, stories, dramas, and songs. Their classes are very attractive and interactive. Slow learners are also included, and for them, different tasks and activities are assigned. Overall, our fellows' classes are amazing, and they provide excellent education to their students.

During this class observation, we were accompanied by office staff. On  Monday, Ms. Tarangini works in MIS Data Management; on Wednesday, our HR, Ms. Ratna Hippargi on Thursday, Treasurer Mr. Bhanderao patware; and on Friday, Ms. Renuka, Program Executive. They all observed our fellows' classes and engaged with the class for a few minutes.

After the class observation, Program Manager, Mr. Manjunath Tevar, and Fellow Mentor, Mrs. Sushma Appannavar, engaged the class for 10 minutes, during which they conducted games and other activities and interacted with the students.

After the class, Program Manager Mr. Manjunath Tevar and Fellow Mentor Mrs. Sushma Appannavar held a debrief for the fellows regarding their classes, discussing the overall improvements they will implement in their upcoming classes and what went well in their sessions.

A New Beginning: Where Good Vibes Meet Happy Days

Sometimes, a new beginning starts quietly, with a calm mind, a hopeful heart, and the courage to move forward.New beginnings are like the early morning sun. Soft, gentle, and full of possibilities. They remind us that yesterday’s worries do not have the power to control today. Each day offers a fresh page, waiting for us to write our story with positivity and purpose.Good vibes are not about pretending life is perfect. They are about choosing peace over pressure, gratitude over complaints, and faith over fear. When we welcome good vibes into our lives, we invite happiness to grow naturally. A smile, a kind thought, a small effort — these little things slowly transform our days into beautiful memories.Happy days begin when we decide to let go of what weighs us down.
