              We attended Mahesh Masala sir Session on 2nd January  Mahesh Mashal sir (Human Mind set expert trainer) session on Listen-Learn-Lead.  Morning program was started, Before start the program our teachers sing prayer song then played Vidyaposhak introduction song in that song it involved all Vidyaposhak program. Then Mahesh mashal sir took the session told how to create good bond with students and also he told role of parents in student’s life.  Sir gave few real examples of the students life in nowadays it was heart touching stories.  Sir sings English songs and energizes the teachers. All teachers understood their concepts with full attention. Sir told few suggestions to the teacher like Stop-Look-Proceed then you will get success in teaching.  All teachers not gave told chapters but also told how to lead life and moral stories to the students it will help them in critical situations.  Sir explained what are problems faced by students other than the study so all teachers understood students mind set and gave suggestions and build courage among the students. We know about how to set the students mind in a positive way.  From this session I learned many things

  A Day of Mixed Emotions in the Classroom               Teaching is a journey filled with different emotions every day. Some days begin with excitement and energy, while others start with unexpected challenges. Today was one such day for me.           When I entered the school, I realized that many students had not come. Only 11 students were present in the class. For a moment, I felt sad and disappointed because I always look forward to seeing all my students together, learning and growing. Their absence created a quiet atmosphere that I wasn’t used to.           However, I decided to turn the day into a positive experience for the students who were present.
