On the first day of the new year, first day fellows and interns have the opportunity to visit a Sirsi Marikamba high school STEM lab. Firstly, they welcomed us by heartly we felt happy. That Marikamba school looks very neat. This lab was recently established. Firstly, Marikamba school teachers introduced STEM to us. In that lab included science and mathematics models. From that lab we got to know about the Newton Disc, periscope, Solar eclipse, Sliding kaleidoscope, Solar and wind energy, Day and night concepts, Ohm's law, Telescope, Human heart and eye, DNA model, Blood circulation in human body etc. In mathematics models included a Pythagoras theorem, area of circle etc. that stem lap staff explained all those experiments clearly. We were thankful to them. Through all those experiments we learned a lot of things and we are inspired to make more experiments in the classroom.
