Teacher's training at Sirsi

On the 2nd day of our training with the government teachers of Siddapur Taluk, we had a session by Mahesh Masala sir. He is a Corporate Trainer and Human Mindset Coach and Counsellor also he is the founder of Vistar Zindagi. From this session I learned that the teacher is continuous being a student. Sir's session name was Listen, Learn ,Lead. Sir said the teachers are directly appointed by god so we are proud of our profession. When we expect more then we work hard then only our expectations are fulfilled properly. I learned from this session how to create joy in my classroom. Sir said that we ask questions ourselves first then only we are perfect. Ask every student problems and feelings and respond to them with a smile. Three words are important in life: Stop, look, Proceed. We should start every day with new things so students are curious about study. He explained the teacher's role and responsibilities in shaping the student's future. Sir said that teachers should be available, approachable and lovable. Sir motivated all the teachers and the session was enjoyable and motivated.

The next session was conducted by Dr. Ravindra sir. He is a board member of Rajalaxmi foundation and our Vidyaposhak. He took the session on how to bring students interest about studies. Sir told and showed their own classroom photos and videos. He said that we focus on learning rather than marks or grades. He said that teachers understood the particular topics to the students then we gave them the problems and let them find the solutions. He gave the puzzles during their session. The session went very well and was interesting.

Children’s Day Celebration at GHPS Lokur               On 14th November, we joyfully celebrated Children’s Day at GHPS Lokur. The entire school campus was filled with excitement, laughter, and a festive spirit as our students gathered to honor this special day dedicated to childhood and learning.                 We began the celebration with a pooja for Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, lovingly known as Chacha Nehru, whose birthday is celebrated as Children’s Day across the country. His deep affection for children and his vision for education continue to inspire us even today.               After the pooja, our Headmaster addressed the students, speaking about the importance of Children’s Day and encouraging the children to dream big and work hard. A Day of Mixed Emotions in the Classroom

A Day of Mixed Emotions in the Classroom               Teaching is a journey filled with different emotions every day. Some days begin with excitement and energy, while others start with unexpected challenges. Today was one such day for me.           When I entered the school, I realized that many students had not come. Only 11 students were present in the class. For a moment, I felt sad and disappointed because I always look forward to seeing all my students together, learning and growing. Their absence created a quiet atmosphere that I wasn’t used to.           However, I decided to turn the day into a positive experience for the students who were present. With enthusiasm and a smile, I continued teaching and encouraged the students to participate actively.          In the last period, I took my 4th and 5th class students to the school ground. We played fun and engaging...
